Really enjoy these short workouts. I have chronic pain in various areas, and am not able to lift/move as I used to or wish I could. I like that I can customize these with the bands to lift lighter where I need to. These shorter sessions are also really good when I'm not feeling as motivated - I can convince myself that 15 mins is better than nothing! Thank you!
We've been working out following the video you guys made about 4-5 years ago. Then I noticed this upgraded version and we must say it's a great improvement. We love the quick warm up and simplicity of all the exercises.

Basically my absolute favorite channel. Bought your bands a few years back and have been using your workouts pretty regularly since April 2020. Thank you for this incredible gift. One suggestion I've always meant to make: DJ, would you be willing to say what weight you're using on each exercise? Most of the time I can figure it out based on the colors but it would be cool just to get a general idea if you were say, "using the 60lb band here" or whatever. Love supersets! I'm always on the move so having these kinds of superset workouts is the best.
