Love it! Thanks for supporting the Z platform
Just started watching you, I saw the badges on your cars when driving by the shop. I like how there is finally a car channel in my home town!
Appreciate it!
Great video!
THANK YOU SO MUCH. GREAT VIDEOS AND GREAT PRODUCTS. THANKS FOR SHARING!!!
Thanks for watching!
dude i love the rear end on these so much
Love the resemblance it has to the first gen Z's
It’s looks like it needs some suspension mods to mitigate all that body roll and negative weight transfer.
How’s the clutch holding up with the extra power?
if i plan to do my car in stages and only tune once everything is on it. is it ok to put on the heat exchanger and air filter with out tuning it right away?
Should be a 500bho straight out the box,all those expensive fancy parts not necessary, just a simple quality air filter and exhaust with a remapping get that performance
0:57 good!😎
Dyno results of your mods from stock to now?
Check out the z1 rz34 , thing puts down good power
So about 7gramd for about 130hp gain?
Vr30 😮💨😮💨
A whooping 643 Zs sold world wide since it's debut in 2022.
That's due to supply issues so what is your point or is your point to prove that you're a mo...ro..on?
Would a VR38 engine bolt up to this gearbox, or would the manual box fall to pieces
They won't tell you that, that be a performance mod they milk
Does the new intakes work on the Q platform?
Unfortunately they're different, but you can check out our Q intakes here: www.amsperformance.com/product-category/infiniti/intake-infiniti/
Total cost?
I like my timing chains at the front of the engine.
Then don't buy a BMW Zupra
Wow the suspension has a lot of body roll in that autocross clip
Yeah, 350 & 370 are also grossly under sprung from the factory. It would have been nice for them to put some mag shocks in there with different settings to stiffen it up when needed. Heck my civic si has that at half the cost. Double the factory spring rates and it should come alive.
@@ryanweddle6745 My Nismo 350z doesn't exhibit body roll like that. And I'm rocking stock suspension
@@Unicornpirate I'm running 1000lb springs in the front and 700lb springs in the back on my 2007 350z that I track and autocross in STU. On stock springs, it had mega body roll. Maybe the NISMO came with stiffer roll bars?
@@ryanweddle6745 Nismo has non adjustable coilovers, sway bars, body dampers, extra bracing on the strut towers and seam welded chassis
The suspension on the car as shown in this video is completely stock. Yes, there's a lot of body roll, but it does have plenty of grip. Still super fun to drive.
SUGGESTION: DROP THE V8 FROM THE NISSAN TITAN IN THE NISSAN Z. AND ADDA T56 MANUAL TRANSMISSION. NEW NAME: NISSAN DRIFT Z!!!
The stock Z trans is geared better and stronger than a T56
😂😂😂
What's the total cost to get to 500whp?
Depends on the turbos, it’s much more costly to get 500whp on stock turbos, because you need e85. You could get 450whp on 93 for around 3200(depending on exhaust 1200-2200 (cheapest one factored in price)) it also doesn’t need an upgraded heat exchanger like the q50 q60s because the Nissan z has a good stock one. adding e85 is costly because you’ll need to upgrade injectors and high pressure fuel pump and low pressure fuel pump, and dangerous for the stock turbos. For 741whp it would cost 14200$ including reliability mods.
@@2seep Oof...that's a big bump for that extra 50whp. That's rough.
World's most expensive stage1 kit, Joker's
Is it okay to get 2 and mod one of them? What do I do with all of the parts? Box them up? I want 2.
Please work on the Audio levels. Its ear hurting loud at times music and voice
Look just like 370z
Should title it "worlds most expensive stage1 kit"
I would take this over a 350 kW R35 GT-R just because of the H shifter! It's a shame the R35 GT-R only came in automatic, I know it's faster but it takes away from the driver engagement. Can't wait for Öhlins to come out with some DFV coils for the RZ34!
That's what I thought when I was a kid. I went from a boosted Z to a GTR and it's a different beast. Tbh ever since I actually started to track the car, I find the paddle shifters a lot of fun
That's why Supra is 🤴
Would it be smarter to buy a z4m badged ad a supra. And upgrade something bmw built
It's a good look. Haha
So how did you come up with 500 whp without video dyno numbers 😂😂
World's most expensive stage1 kit Joker's,they milking this, customers getting shafted big time
How does the new Z measure up against an E46? Performance wise
Huh 😂
Can definitely see the weight
90k car
rolls like a SUV…. 😅
I think i rather buy the new Z and modify to 500 hp than buy a new Toyota Supra. 100 % Japanese =probably more reliable, specially in 15 years...
Nah, the Supra has a way better platform. The B58 is on the same level as the 2JZ. As a Z32 owner; this new Z just doesn’t look right without wide body kit. Would have been nice if it had the GTR motor with a DCT and wider. Should have built to compete against the Corvette and 911s as did the Z32.
@@lennyz1909 Then why is there a GTR in the first place lol. The fairlady z is built to be an enthusiast attainable sports car not a super car ffs.
@@Lurkindork I own a Z32; these cars then were built to take on the Corvettes and Porsches. The GTR to me personally is Grand Touring car not a two seater sports car. That is why I wish they put in a more stout motor and trans. You can’t deny the B58 and soon to be S58 Supra isn’t a better platform. Also that ugly gas filler door is the size of a basketball.
The Z isn't 💯 Japanese!.😂😂😂
"WORLDS MOST EXPENSIVE STAGE1 KIT",no thanks
Thouse who tune and upgrade dont care about money, if you cant do it or its too expensive dont iven think about it
So $ vs $, supra is still faster and cheaper to make hp. Reminds me of the EJ vs 4G argument. It requires double the amount of $ to make the same hp as the Evolution if you owned a STi.
Its a BMW .... get it right
@@ACommenterOnUA-cam😂😂
@ACommenterOnUA-cam so wrong!!
@@davothegreat9990 oh yea i am wrong??
Does it have a Toyota engine ?
Does it have a Toyota Chassis ?
Does it have a Toyota ECU ??
Does it have Toyota Suspension ??
I will wait here ....
Chris Hill and his husband's boyfriend sure talk a lot of trash about AMS.
Who???
Who?
Who??
Decent car ruined by Nissan's crazy high MSRP.
All that just to make 500whp? A supra you can get just a downpipe, a good E50 tune and be at that 500whp. VR30 looses bigtime against them B58.
$9500 for only 100 horsepower?! Yikes
That is whp. Stock whp is like 360-380whp. 500 whp is like 550 crank
World's most expensive stage1 kit Joker's
@@markcozzie Learn the difference between crank hp and whp
@@sepg5084 why?,I didn't mention either bhp,

Someone who can’t afford $9500 will always complain that it’s not enough.
why you guys always hire a gay guy to talk about your products he doesnt even know the names of the parts or what they do
Kinda shocked you guys are only at the 500hp mark. I thought at this point you'd be putting out engine internals and new turbos pushing that 1000hp point. Maybe I'm crazy. Good luck in the future love your work on the GTR platform. Can't wait to see what's next for the Z, keep it up.
We are pushing big power on our yellow Z. Should have content coming out on that car in the next month.
@AMSPerformance AWESOME! I can't wait to see what you're cooking up.
They need to suck all the profit out first, world's most expensive stage1 kit, Joker's
@@AMSPerformance How has reliability been with the Z, especially with higher power? Any weak points in the stock drivetrain?
