During your talk of the bike titan you forgot to mention the orbital precision shot (the first thing you unlock in the game) can kill them in a single blow anywhere on the body. It could skim down the leg and as long as it's a direct hit, it will install it. This also works for all automaton heavies as well, but that takes a very planned and practiced approach. It's something I enjoy doing and it surprises people when you throw an orbital 20 yards ahead and sprint towards it with the titan behind you. Then you can play some dark souls by stepping close enough to aggro it's melee attack to keep it in place. It's a very easy setup
A couple of things not mentioned: - When the Bile Titan is about to fire off its vomit attack and its mouth is glowing, a railgun shot right down its throat is a one shot kill. - The Eagle Rocket Pods are incredibly underrated for taking out Bile Titans and Chargers. You get 3 uses per rearm when fully upgraded, they auto-target the largest nearby enemy like the Orbital Railcannon, and they have huge single-target damage while also punching holes in the armor of enemies that survive. - The Shield Generator backpack is the single best survival tool against both factions. For the Terminids, it prevents all the ragdoll nonsense from Stalkers, prevents you from getting slowed by most attacks, and just absorbs a lot of damage because of how often you have to run to create distance, meaning it always gets to recharge before you reengage.
Rover clears so much trash for you though. It also can detect and shoot at enemies coming up behind you like stalkers. Also great at knocking pounces and hunters out of the air. It’s the better of the two imo.
best way to kill bile titan for me is railcannon + 110mm eagle or 2 110mm eagle, its very good stratagem, dont know why people underate 110mm eagle so much, 500kg is good too, but in helldive difficulty when the call down time is double, its pretty hard to land a perfect 500kg bom, the 110mm is just much more consistent
Your basic arachnid warrior isn't too smart, but you could blow off a limb...and it's still 86% combat effective. Here is a tip: Aim for the nerve stem, and put it down for good
For the Bile Titan: If you wait for him to spew acid on you, when he opens his mouth and you see the fluorescent green, shoot a railgun shot there. Its a 1 shot kill that way.
If your aim is good, and you get a perfectly centered headshot, you can one-shot a Bile Titan without it opening its mouth. It's really hard, but it is possible. I did it yesterday, and I was surprised. I didn't even think it was possible.
@@jessiedutton4472 Before they nerfed it, when you waited for the bile ritan to spit on you, when they do, before they spit, their mouth become fluorescent green. If you shoot there it was a 1 shot kill.

It's obviously more random due to the nature of the weapon, but I've had multiple instances of the arc thrower oneshotting bile titans during their spew when the lightning decides to arc to their head.
Another tip about the bike titan, if you blow up the sacs under it, it cannot do the bile spit anymore, making it a bit easier to focus other targets. If you don't have any way to kite it, running between it's legs while it does the stomp animation is a good stalling method

@@chitin122 that’s true, maybe I have another advice that could help they die when u throw 1 impact grenade. Also if you don’t hit their sack they don’t explode
For people new to the game -> grenades and most of all, the grenade launcher are YOUR FRIENDS. Nursing Spewers are not a lvl 4 threat...at least a 5 to a 6. While it's true that handling one or two is easy enough, that's not what actually happends, the game dumps 12 at a time at you while you're already trying to take down 2 Bile Titans, Chargers, Guards and a horde of hunters and warriors meaning that an acid spit could be coming from your back or just at a bad time and it insta kill you. Also, any mistake by you means you're dead.
Bump that Brood commander up, his hive calls summon charges and titans unlike the other calls. That's the last bug you want sending out the bug signal. Also titans can ingest nades..... have fun with the results
Expendable Anti Tank is good weapon vs Chargers. A shot in head can instant kill it. However the draw backs is when there multiple chargers along with other stuff. Its can be hard to get good aim and getting another rocket. So i recommend to remember the combination for stategm so you can call another EAT in a pinch.
The pouncers when I do is I shoot them in the air because you can hip fire in the game so you can turn your camera quick and just line up the shot and shoot and you’ll mostly hit it lol it saved me so many times and hip firing should be done more
Stalkers are way deadlier than Chargers! Sure, Chargers are annoying early on, but are easily soloable by the time you hit lv 20 for the portable Railgun. But Stalkers? Super fast, moderate HP, always flanks, dodges bullets, withdraws to the backline when damaged, can yoink you, can launch you, and can kill combo from full HP. And at moderate to high difficulties, there are usually 2 Stalker Nests... They just don't stop coming. Your new objective becomes their nests ASAP. And if you're caught out alone, pray you don't have to deal with two. Chargers don't even hold a candle to the sheer lethality and stress you get from waves of Stalkers. I will also add that Bile Spewers and Nursing Spewers are both high priority threats. Beyond difficulty 4 they start spawning in large groups that apply alot of pressure to the player, and dodging their spewing attack with the dive is shockingly inconsistent. And that's before considering their backline mortar capabilities. They're major threats and way more fatal than most units.
Divers dont realize that the Autocannon Sentry has a huge range. If you throw them line of sight far away they can deal with several chargers or a bile titan alone. I throw the gatling and auto sentry together which can pretty much wipe the field if you place them corretly. Early game the upgrades for these sentrys are the best. I get 500+ kills a game with these.
That moment when you realize that random ranking comes from subjetive oppinion with extra black/white approach. Dude, you rank something 4/10 and dont even mentioned if 10 is good or bad. Lazy Gaming
Warriors, I almost never have an issue with them, even if they get close with their head blown off, they're easily avoided with a dive. The nursing spewers are lethal if you don't dive just as stated in the video, but the best way I've found to get rid of them are grenades, especially contact grenades. If they're grouping up, you'll often get two or more this way with a grenade. I'd like to point out that the hit marker says the sides are its weak spot, but, as said, you'll spend way more ammo shooting there. Another point, and this goes for the bile spewer too, is you can shoot them in the head, and still make them explode after they're dead. This can allow you to get more bugs in the AoE radius before you blow em up. Hunters are terrible, they will totally surround you in higher difficulties if you don't kill em quick enough, so kill em quick! Stalkers B-line right to you, take note of the direction you see them approach from, and head that way
The easiest way to deal with chargers early game is the expendable anti-tank. Only takes one to blow the armor off a leg. Then use your main weapon to finish it off. Friends I'm playing with are mostly same level... Once we got to a difficulty where we regularly ran into chargers - we all brought EATs and just dropped them all over the map since the cool down is so short. Made chargers a nonissue.
Pouncer's (hunters) should be considered more dangerous than warriors. They will actively outflank you and gut you if you lose track of them and it's usually two or three that work their way around. I prioritize anything that can jump or leap because of how quickly they close the distance and our flank you. Just my personal opinion. It's easier to kill a warrior than a hunter.
Jar5 doesn't do explosive damage though. It says Explosive type because of how it operates using jet propelled rounds but every other explosive weapon doesn't say that, it says it in weapon traits instead. You can shoot the Jar5 and see that there is no explosion too. I think you have it completely backwards lol the AR explosive is the one actually dealing explosive and same for the Scorcher. Even Autocannon will say explosive trait and Grenade launcher too.
Hunters are absolutely not “very fragile”. I regularly will mag dump a Liberator directly into them the entire time they’re leaping, getting tons of gore and hit markers, only for them to land and either kill or cripple me from full health anyway. An agile, lethal common enemy shouldn’t be able to tank most of an assault rifle mag, they just feel super cheap to fight.
I kinda think the difficulty ratings here are more perception and less reality. If we're going strictly off what kills me the most frequently regardless of difficulty, Hunters are an 11/10.
It's just our opinion, not empirical fact. I agree Hunters suck the worst, but I wouldn't classify them as "more deadly" compared to some of the other things (Stalkers, Chargers, BT)
Besides the Stalker that is faster than the player. When you get good at running circles around Chargers and running under Titans, it's the Hunters that'll catch you most of the time. That said because everyone can simply shoot them, they end up not as high as a threat on sighting.
Stalkers are higher lethality than Chargers imo. Cant get away from them, leap away when hurt, and love to flank you, on top of being fairly tanky to finally kill. If 2 get on you at the same time, prepare to be camped.
I would rate the pouncers MUCH higher. Like maybe a 7 or 8. I frequently get surrounded and chomped down fast by them on helldive. When reloading you are in trouble when surrounded big time.
did you mean hunters? pouncers do about as much as scavengers and don’t stun you, but hunters will easily stunlock and two-shot you. later in the video, hunters are marked as 7.
@@Terron29 For reference: Pouncers are much smaller and have yellow frills(?) rather than the hunters' larger orange ones. I'm not sure if they dodge, but pouncers can jump ridiculously far as well.
I honestly can't stand the chargers. The Bile Titan is tough, but it's also a huge slow target. The chargers are a quad-fecta of bullshit: fast, incredibly resilient, hard to avoid, and dish out tons of damage.
Chargers are easy as hell just run in a circle while they charge and shoot the back side if you have no rail gun twice should be enough eith breaker shot gun
The team needs more AT, like the railgun for leg armor shredding. Killing chargers through the leg quick is crucial for fights on harder difficulties. Diving is not the best option because of their turning ability.
I feel like the hunters slow debuff should be nerfed a bit, like there should be a bit of a cooldown period so u don’t just get spammed with slow non stop and can’t stim either
eagle rocket pods can break armor on the titan, and if you max out the eagle ship upgrades you can call 3 rocket pods and recharge in 2 minutes, theyre seriously slept on
honestly the stalkers are way more dangerous than chargers, as the latter is at least predictable (and with the new nerf you can kill them much more easily now)
This list is pretty off in my experience. The bile spitters slow you at range, making them more deadly than the basic bugs, and I’ve never seen guys killed by hive guards, yet I call in 10 reinforcements for kids getting vomited on by nursing spewers
For the chargers if you’re early game/level the expendable anti tank rocket is a good option. Aim for one of the legs to blow off its armor then light up that leg with your ballistic weapon for a fairly quick kill
The hunters by themselves make the bugs harder for me to combat than the automatons. First thing I did when I started playing was go to the robot war and it was great and then I did one bug mission and got stomped because the hunters would just be constantly flying in out of nowhere and then spitting on me to slow me down so the rest could finish me.
Its public matchmaking and ques you up automatically so you will definitely be getting some Good games you can also throw down an s.o.s beacon to increase chances of players joining in game
Sometimes you get great players, other times you get folks that feel like it's the first time they ever played a game. There's no effort to matchmake players with similar skills or to sequester off players that rack up a dozen friendly fire kills every mission.
Some people are really dumb. Air striking your own defensive position is not a good move, neither is using a minefield on your own point on a planet with dust storms that obscure visibility. Dear God.
Always have a guy with a grenade launcher for bile spewers - two body shots and they're dead. Ammo efficient. If you can spawn camp a breach you can usually hit two-for-one.
Great tip. I use impact grenades if I need one dead right now, but recently learned that a rail gun shot (even in safe mode) to the head will also take them out. Probably my most hated bug enemy.
Excellent video! My most favorite enemy in helldivers 2 is definitely bile titan 😍, it feels like the bio-titan from warhammer 40k tyranids! And its well deserves max threat level! My hope is that they update bile titan behavior and maybe add variants
Encountered a Charger Behemoth walking around the mission the other day for the first time. Had a kind of beetle pincer looking head and way thicker front legs. Couldn't really tell if it was more armored or we were just missing shots. But it definitely felt more difficult to kill.
Agreed. I feel like I have next to no idea what to expect from a weapon. One 'light armor penetration' weapon can feel vastly more effective than another despite similar damage stats.
The eagle rocket pods can kill bile titans pretty well but i have had mixed results depending on how the missiles land. I've killed 2 titans with 3 pods before or not killed one with 3. Eagle airstrike appears to be a good tool bs chargers it can kill them out right and destroys holes plus whatever else is around
If you happen to be out of position against a bile titan and you are too close to it for you to get in away time, you can run under him between his back legs. His stomp attack is too slow to catch you + the times he takes to turn around is generally enough for you to reposition.
A good tip for those front armored bugs is when you see them get down , immediately toss a nade at their legs. They will catch the nade and since you stopped shooting they usually stand right on top of the nade, and I notice there’s usually a group of them or one of them with a group of others. It’s a great way to force a multi kill
The glowy points on spewers, spitters, chargers and titans actually take extra damage if damaged with fire, explosive, gas.. anything but ballistic and actually die faster. Why do every youtuber get this wrong...
Helldivers help me please, to track down stalker lairs people say you can use a trick with the mini map open and constantly ping until you see your cursor make a square shape on the mini map most likely being some kind of place of interest or stalker lair. But how do you ping enemies? What button for ps5? All I see online is talking pc controls. I heard it was R1 button but by default controls it seems this button already has a use and is just a zoom in button
Because if there are multiple in a hairy situation and it hits you, you're most likely dead in 1 shot. This isn't judging them based on it being the only target on your screen, but when things are hectic, what's gonna get you killed
You are talking about chargers like they are the only other thing on the map. While you’re running circles you are getting stunned by hunters and swarmed by warriors before you even get a chance to take the charger out
I’m not 100% sure it was me alone or my teammates wearing it down, but on 2 occasions I managed to take down a Charger by just throwing a regular grenade on the ground and having it explode just as the charger ran over. I didn’t shoot at or see any damage on the charger prior. Can someone confirm this please?
Balance wise the 2 things that seem difficult for no real reason brood commanders taking so much punishment when headless and that 80% of the termind species being to spawn breeches cause it seems like anything can be an issue.
You can one-shot chargers with an EAT to the forehead; wait until they finish charging and turn around, or keep a bit of distance when they charge at you. You can also stop bile titans spewing acid by destroying the tail
I would rather give the stalker a 9 rating since they almost always attack at the worst time and always from the back meanwhile give the charger a rating of 8 since they are slow and they're charging attacks can be easily avoided!
Think there are 2 different types of Chargers. Heads are different and the one in the video is an Elite Charger or something. Take more Arc Thrower heads shots to bring down.
one time I threw a grenade into a bug hole on challenging and was hit by a stalker into said bug hole, combined with bile spewers now I never play challenging solo.
bad advice on bile titan, if you have a 500kg bomb throw it at your feet if the titan is near you make it attack u while the beacon is up dodge and run like hell bc the titan will just sit there for a bit and usually can 1 shot ko them like that
I have played a bunch of games but have never seen a nursing spewer but I have seen lots of bile spewers. I suppose the easier versions only spawn on lower difficulty modes ???
honestly feel like the stalker is at least as deadly as the charger as it seems to show up at the worst time half the time, and the charger is easy to dodge/escape if you're out of ammo or need to reload. once had to deal with 3 stalker nests with 3 bile titans in the start of the game and it was a nightmare. it haunts me to this day and i cannot believe i carried the team through that
I think charger got way more credit than it deserves. Its not that bad at all. very easy to deal with and rarely pose a threat. I rather focus any other bug than charger when in a pinch

@@ra1nyran crap you might be right. I think its the hunters
@@Terron29 For reference: Pouncers are much smaller and have yellow frills(?) rather than the hunters' larger orange ones. I'm not sure if they dodge, but pouncers can jump ridiculously far as well.
@@ra1nyran awh hell maybe its the combo of the two 😅
i love brood commanders, shooting them with their stun animation reminds me of edf lol
I honestly can't stand the chargers. The Bile Titan is tough, but it's also a huge slow target. The chargers are a quad-fecta of bullshit: fast, incredibly resilient, hard to avoid, and dish out tons of damage.
Also, somehow able to turn on a dime.
Slow??? Surely you dint mean mister 2 steps and I'm on you
Chargers are easy as hell just run in a circle while they charge and shoot the back side if you have no rail gun twice should be enough eith breaker shot gun
@@JokerHall The problem with thats especially in higher difficulties is that there 50 of them on you at all times
This kind of enemy review should be implemented into the game but with the starship troopers “would you like to know more”
eagle rocket pods can break armor on the titan, and if you max out the eagle ship upgrades you can call 3 rocket pods and recharge in 2 minutes, theyre seriously slept on
been wondering what those'd be good for
honestly the stalkers are way more dangerous than chargers, as the latter is at least predictable (and with the new nerf you can kill them much more easily now)
it is interesting that the person doing the loading has to reach around on their own back to grab ammo. To me it seems a bit backwards.
I agree it would make more sense to grab off the person's back than your own. As when you wear the pack yourself it takes forever to load yourself.
This list is pretty off in my experience. The bile spitters slow you at range, making them more deadly than the basic bugs, and I’ve never seen guys killed by hive guards, yet I call in 10 reinforcements for kids getting vomited on by nursing spewers
Your mileage may vary :)
Something else to know, Brood Commanders can summon a few Warriors, making groups of Commanders a hassle as they can easily increase their numbers.
Modern Chargers are a joke and should have 6 fi or lower. Hunters are much more dangerous.
For the chargers if you’re early game/level the expendable anti tank rocket is a good option. Aim for one of the legs to blow off its armor then light up that leg with your ballistic weapon for a fairly quick kill
Walk or Run past chargers as if you are playing chicken. Thank me later
You can dive to remove the slow in a pinch. Saved me lots of times now.
If I get this game, will I get a lot of good games with players? I'm a solo player usually, but this I want to play with players every time I jump.
The games you get will definitely be interesting to be sure, lol
@@T3mplar_Knight57 haha.. ok ..
Dear God.
Update: EATs and recoilless rifles 1 shot chargers in the head!
Autocannon is also a great pick for this if you prefer range or dont like bouncing grenades by accident.
Always show crosshair is in the HUD and it’s so good for running and gunning
Excellent video! My most favorite enemy in helldivers 2 is definitely bile titan 😍, it feels like the bio-titan from warhammer 40k tyranids! And its well deserves max threat level! My hope is that they update bile titan behavior and maybe add variants
You forget mention the bile warrior (explodes on death)
Encountered a Charger Behemoth walking around the mission the other day for the first time. Had a kind of beetle pincer looking head and way thicker front legs. Couldn't really tell if it was more armored or we were just missing shots. But it definitely felt more difficult to kill.
You can also use your hellpod to smash and 1 shot any of the terminds
The only good bug is a dead bug.
This game just need to show more values on the weapons. Like penetration, aoe impact range, knockback, etc.
Agreed. I feel like I have next to no idea what to expect from a weapon. One 'light armor penetration' weapon can feel vastly more effective than another despite similar damage stats.
No mention of the quasar for the charger?? a single hit in the head
as usual great work thank you!
Orbital rail canon is usually a one hit.
A good tip for those front armored bugs is when you see them get down , immediately toss a nade at their legs. They will catch the nade and since you stopped shooting they usually stand right on top of the nade, and I notice there’s usually a group of them or one of them with a group of others. It’s a great way to force a multi kill
For the Hive Guard I’ve also found great success with maneuvering around them and taking out their back legs. The shotguns make short work of them
Ap liberator handles armored bugs easily
The glowy points on spewers, spitters, chargers and titans actually take extra damage if damaged with fire, explosive, gas.. anything but ballistic and actually die faster. Why do every youtuber get this wrong...
This video is really well produced and scripted.
It's like jumping head first while shouting 'For democracy!'
How is a charger a 9 ? You can literally walk circles around it and itll never hit you. I give it a 3
Because if there are multiple in a hairy situation and it hits you, you're most likely dead in 1 shot.
Balance wise the 2 things that seem difficult for no real reason
brood commanders taking so much punishment when headless and that 80% of the termind species being to spawn breeches cause it seems like anything can be an issue.
1/10 for the scavengers? Did you forget how disgusting the slow is? They don't kill you but the slow can get you killed so easily
You can one-shot chargers with an EAT to the forehead; wait until they finish charging and turn around, or keep a bit of distance when they charge at you. You can also stop bile titans spewing acid by destroying the tail
Hunters are why I carry a shotgun...
I usually run eagle 110 mm rockets with a recoilless rifle. Throw the eagle and aim. Bada Bing bada boom dead titan
❤ we are fighting for freedom 😂 im.new at this game and I love it non stop action and fighting 😮😊 we have to save our universe 1 planet at a time ❤
The first youtuber to get explosive bullets right, good job.
one time I threw a grenade into a bug hole on challenging and was hit by a stalker into said bug hole, combined with bile spewers now I never play challenging solo.
Chargers are not dangerous.the stalker should be rated 9/10 because chargers stop for 3 seconds after their charge.
Is there anyone having more trouble with chargers rather than the Titans like me? 😂 I can’t wait for this video on Automoton though 😮
bad advice on bile titan, if you have a 500kg bomb throw it at your feet if the titan is near you make it attack u while the beacon is up dodge and run like hell bc the titan will just sit there for a bit and usually can 1 shot ko them like that
I have played a bunch of games but have never seen a nursing spewer but I have seen lots of bile spewers. I suppose the easier versions only spawn on lower difficulty modes ???
No, you can get Nursing spewers even on 7 difficulty, is just an get lucky and not get Bile spewers, but you always get bile spewers and so do i
honestly feel like the stalker is at least as deadly as the charger as it seems to show up at the worst time half the time, and the charger is easy to dodge/escape if you're out of ammo or need to reload. once had to deal with 3 stalker nests with 3 bile titans in the start of the game and it was a nightmare. it haunts me to this day and i cannot believe i carried the team through that
Not too sure about the rating for the brood chief since u keeping stating the deadly and they are top priority a 7 would be better
I think charger got way more credit than it deserves. Its not that bad at all. very easy to deal with and rarely pose a threat. I rather focus any other bug than charger when in a pinch
Feel like you are over selling the biletitans , rail guns 1 shot them in the face, I feel like they aren’t even a threat , def not worse than chargers
Q: Why are there no jetpacks for helldivers? Why are there no Ninja Commissars?
Sometimes when I kill a charger it like shoots forward towards me and kills me. Does that happen to anyone else?

Bile Titan can be killed by 2 direct shots in the head (lower jaw) with AT launcher.
