    Japanese people eat very little portion consists of mainly rice, vegetables and fish 3 - 4 times.
    All in very small quantities and Japanese live for 80+ years.

    Carbohydrates are bad including wheat and rice. Best is Vegetables, salad, fruits, water, curd. Fish, eggs few times a week.
