Island prisms - easiest recipe the carpenter version. Just 15 palm logs -> 3 palm lumber + 2 clear prisms = 1 island prism. Palm logs from Thavnair no timed node or tedious killing hoping for drops, just logging.

So basically you can put already bound outdoor furniture into an island glamour. This is actauly a huge money saver. That and you can replicate the same item over and over so you dont need to farm ridiculously expensive furniture/mats you only need to buy it once if you do not already have it. I over prepared and my inventory is toast but this is actually a huge gil saver when you think about it
You can take the outdoor furniture from your house and 'glamour' it and then put it back its actually a good idea.

I think that's a typo in the title. It says "furishing" instead of "furnishing". My eyes first read it as "flourishing" but without the "o".

Did you find out if you can place stables ?
@@FreeHughes I cannot confirm myself, I have read comments here and there that suggest some kinds of things are locked (including chocobo stables). I don't want to spend all that gil to get stables, and then not be able to place it...
Personally I can't wait for Dalamud and BDTH to update so I can place things wherever I please >:)
Update: Well the update happened. And it seems like SE went out of their way to make it impossible to place stuff outside of "authorized" locations... fucking lame. It also won't allow you to float anything. So BDTH is pretty much useless for island sanctuary. And with that my enthusiasm for this furniture update has died.
Also you can't place stuff outside of your housing plot anymore, which is good because that's not an instanced location, but curiously you can still float shit all you want. Indoor locations seem unaffected, thank the gods.
Can you put a teleport crystal?
8 months later, but I have the answer: No, the item descriptions will tell you what you can and cannot use on the Island Sanctuary.

@ioverslept it is NOT housing. Not until we get a complete house on the island. But this is way more expensive than housing because not only do you need the item, you need the glamor prism. That is a needless Gil sink in what was supposed to be casual content.

@@feliciahudson815 How on earth is that more expensive than housing when after you register the furnishing, you can place that furnishing as many times as you have the slots for? If you want to make a namazu estate like Meoni, you'd have to buy or craft each and every single one you placed. You honestly sound like you haven't even tried apartments or fc rooms.
@vitalrose I've had a house on numerous occasions, and I do have an apartment. But i mostly ony buy vendor stuff because most things on the marketboard are overpriced. I admit that I overreacted a bit. Island prisms are cheaper on my server, so it's not as bad as I thought. Though, It's still lame that we can't make them on the sanctuary.
