Usually the first three deals are cut down to 60% of gross commission and don’t forget she needs to save for slow months as well and pay monthly for all her business expenses, overall, a great career with amazing potential but needs to be taken seriously.

Yep, thats how we earn our commision. Sometimes there’s slow season and with that amount of money; as agent, advise not to blindly spend almost all your commission to lifestyle, because can broke asap. It sounds good money, but with good discipline with the financial things, agent can start open their own brokerage company. ❤
I find real Easte agent gets to much money for nothing! What showing a house???? That takes no skill an no training. Anyone can be friendly an fake a learn som facts about the house an area. Thats nothing to earn thousands of dollars for. Meanwhile Dr nurses police, fireman doing real work an not getting close to that. I find real Easte agents are free loading an can be omitted . People you can sell an show your own property for your self. They don't deserve that much jus for showing your house.

For me it's 70/30 but leads form The team are 50/50.
