I'm a firm believer that Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity, but what about life beyond luck. Plenty of people have had lucky opportunities they were not ready for and they managed to lose or destroy an amazing blessing or they weren't in a proper head space to see the opportunity for what it was or were too scared to take a chance. Good Luck definitely is a part of highly successful peoples fate so don't dismiss it or take it for granted, but success is also about having a positive mindset, good work ethic, and knowing how to fail and knowing when to cut your losses and regroup. My grandma always had a bunch of colloquialisms luck you can't control but hard work you can, only successful people learn from failure, and that money is a tool that is either a vicious master or excellent slave. Wishing you more luck!
Remarkable for 1st year agent. Congratulations. You're on fire. I certainly didn't have your success my 1st year. You've proven (what I have heard over and over), UA-cam is vital!
The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
I just started in April 2022 and sold 4 houses by August. I know it's not as much as you but I couldn't believe I was capable of that. And I could have closed more but as a newbie I didn't want to overwhelm myself. It took lots of hard work but I am going to stick with it. I have 4 kids and juggling work and family is challenging but the paychecks are so worth it
@@marymathews2741 I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mrs Catherina Alison am really grateful
Real Estate exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Catherina... She's God sent, she saved me from taking the test for the 3rd time
I'm a living testimony of Mrs Catherina, she has helped me achieve my dream of becoming a licienced Real Estate Agent, i encourage those who find it difficult to pass the Real Estate exams to work with her and thank me later
Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!
Angela Lynn Schilling is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I’m an agent and my first year I made like 10k 🤣 I’m in my third year and I’m only at around 50k so far! I’m in west Texas and medium home prices are around 220k. Definitely take that in mind if it’s not going as great for you :)
Oof lol. No wonder everyone is moving to LA for higher income. Some guy said to me at the airport. Thank god I moved here for better income. I was like ok lol. You do you lol
It was hard work but what really made her successful was that she already had a presence on UA-cam which is the best lead generating system for an agent. She also worked on a team that covered for her when she traveled. 99% of new agents don't have this luck even with 10x the work. She's a social media celebrity who has been doing youtube since highschool. The stats are that 87% of agents fail quit after 2 years. Monica earned her success, but more important there are many others that earned it too, if not more.
@Jerry Schmidt You must've not worked hard enough, or gave up too soon. Awful advice. ANYONE- if you have drive and realize the business is a 3yr + plan, you will succeed. No harm in starting part time.
@Jerry Schmidt Real estate is definitely a grind. It's not a fair business either at times. It's not for everyone and that is ok. The key is for those struggling to give themselves grace and not let the business get them down.

Monica, I love how transparent you’ve been about your journey and your income. As a young working professional, I find your videos inspirational. I know you’ve gotten hate for your success, but I want you to know that you have a market and you’ve reached us.
Let me try explaining - that's a marketing strategy, basically utilising this platform to attract potential leads and then converted into clients + if anybody wants to do real estate then they can also invest into her coaching program. Which gives her advantage over other fellow real estate agents. P.S - launching her coaching program gives her ability to generate extra cash flow and increase her value in the market.
Watching this, and hearing tou talking about extending your buisness further into coaching, it's so clear that you EARNED this sucsess. You worked for years to develop your channel and then worked so hard to study to be an agent. Now you're looking to the future to help people?! Girlie, you're KILLING it.
I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 33 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000, My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal..
Hey Van,Investing typically demands a good understanding, and that's where having a financial consultant is invaluable. I've had the privilege of working with Regina Louise Collaro, an investment advisor affiliated with a licensed wealth management firm.
Her guidance has significantly enhanced my financial situation. She's widely recognized for her expertise, so you might have come across her name. With her support, I've attained financial security and now receive a steady monthly income through her successful passive income approach. I strongly advise considering an experienced investment advisor to boost your financial prospects.
Regina Louise Collaro is based in the United States and can work with anybody wherever they stay. If you would like more information on reaching her, you can conduct a search online on her name😊
Cathenido this is crazy 😧,you are correct, and I am only one of many who gained from working with Regina Louise Collaro. I had no reason to live when I lost my job due to COVID in 2020, and it will always be a memorable year in my life. Regina made it possible for me to live comfortably through passive income, thus I owe her my life. To be completely honest, I think she is an angel who was sent to help those who are struggling financially
I have had the intentions of starting investing. But I always thought it was late and I think I need to stop procrastinating. I will definitely 🔍 Regina Louise Collaro and see what she can advise .Thanks a lot . This was of so much help to me .
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance - either on your own or with the help of a Financial Advisor. If you can get the facts about savings and investing with a well detailed plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your income.
I just looked Paul gustave schoffelen up. He seems to be well known. Is he accepting new investors? I'm looking for ways to iversify my income streams.
Hard work and good luck are not mutually exclusive. A lot of people can bust their ass and never see the same level of success because other factors will never be equal. You've worked hard and made smart business decisions, AND I'm sure you've also benefitted from circumstances outside your control.
Yup. A lot of people have a hard time saying that and it’s a little strange. It doesn’t magically mean you didn’t work hard but often there are people who worked even harder that don’t have a fraction of the success. It’s just a part of living on planet earth.
100% agree. I think a lot of people in the world work hard. But some are extremely lucky and the skills that they are naturally drawn to/ are good at just happen to be lucrative. There are amazing teachers out there who work insanely hard but may never break 6 figures. Nothing wrong with admitting that you’re lucky.
Exactly. Plus honestly being white is always the best benefit.. a lot use it to their advantage. Having white privilege OPENS A LOT OF DOORS and gets certain ppl in spaces non white ppl don’t have excess to. Where others may have to work EXTRA HARD, and never be as successful after years of hard work..
@@thereal298 There are many privileges people use to leverage for success not just skin color-socio economic, beauty, exceptional intelligence, social connections, education... As amazing as this is, I'd love to know the average figures for a non-UA-camr real estate agent! I hope people don't watch this video and then feel disheartened that they don't have a UA-cam channel that affects all areas, because it is obvious that you genuinely do work so hard, and it's paid off, Monica!!
Good point. I just googled it and Glassdoor says $57k-$180k per year is the range in Seattle where she lives. So maybe $100k is about average for the year?
excellent point bc the average person selling real estate doesn’t go in with that much youtube clout and the time it takes to build your yt on top of what time real estate takes, the first year figures would not be that high for sure
I’m located in Dallas texas as a Realtor. My first year I made $20k. But I’m in my third year now and haven’t given up and have made $70k so far this year
I don’t know that a UA-cam channel is a prerequisite for becoming a realtor. However, Monica was very smart to use it to get leads. As an existing homeowner I don’t know that I’d know where to start in selling my home, but trusting a realtor is the most important trait I’d look for, and Monica gives me that sense of security that her clients are in good hands and she knows what she’s doing.
I want to start investing. Is it safe to start now, or should I wait until the end of this possible correction/bear market, despite the economic crisis facing the world, is this the right time to invest in stock,Gold/crypto?

@Jeffrey Harmon ✪ This is a shocker seeing melisa pamela perez is being mentioned here. I always had mixed feelings about hiring a lnvestment advisor. For the record, I started working with melisa in 2019, and she manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but she made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trends
Trading and minimizing losses was also possible for me thanks to melisa pamela perez, Glad to see this, her work ethic speaks for itself. so does people too. an amazing IA.
Making almost 200k your first year is insane. People struggling to make 50k their first year. Making 100k your first year is a huge accomplishment but she exceeded that.

I am just starting the video, but do you not have a cap? It is something very important when working for a brokerage. For example, I am in a different state with a much lower cost of living, buuut.. I have a 75/25 split & “cap” at 13k for the year. So once my broker has received 13k from me out of her 25%, I make 100% of my commissions. I would say yours would be much higher, and maybe that is what you meant by renegotiating. But I thought I would say it, because it is important :-)
I can understand her first year going in and not fully knowing the importance of a cap but after seeing her own potential in a banner first year I'm like girl you are giving away money
@@millennialx9044 I definitely understand. I’m in my first year as an agent. I watched tons of videos and articles about the most important questions to ask your broker before hanging your license. Having YT Leads certainly help, but she did work hard. I had FAR less business than her. I got my license in May and made almost $90k so far. Not a flex… just want to be transparent. Know that us non famous agents are able to do it too!

I agree with you and my husbands a realtor. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a stressful career wanting to please clients all the time, but once you get it off the ground and it takes off, it does seem “easy” to make 20K at time. When Monica realise video where she speaks about how much she spent last year she mentioned that was about 90+ thousand if I remembered and that was 20% of her income. Now she said that she earned 195k from real estate. So from year where she's not spent to much attention (by her own statement) to making youtube videos, she earned more than a half of yearly income from youtube. That is fantastic! My mom decided to go to school to get her real estate license, and I decided to follow her lead and then I remembered Shelby had a twin who was a real estate agent, so now me and my mom are both watching you for tips 😂💕
Ngl, there’s so much ‘busy work’ involved that doesn’t move the needle at all. I’ve been trying to just focus on the ‘important’ activities that actually do something, and it’s been sort of working for the time being
I think it’s so interesting to see the “beauty gurus” I grew up watching in 2012 turn their brands into things they actually love doing! I’m so here for this and so proud to see your growth, from diving, to airstreams 😅 to real estate! 👏🏾💛
I’m studying now to take my course soon and get licensed by the state and become a agent this was helpful and I will continue to watch more of ur videos giving myself 2 years to get into my first year of homes
I did watch a recent video where you were considering coming to NYC to work for a Real estate agent here. My comment on that video was you consider all angels on the offer. Having watched this video I am even more convinced that you should stay put I. where you are. I do love your idea of "coaching" others one to one. Isn't going to float in NYC. I know I worked in this field for a long (successful) time. Wish you well going in to the future and IF you land up in my hometown I with you the perseverance to work hard and luck as well.
Well Monica, I said you had a talent, and you would succeed. I was right with my estimate of your income $200,000 I believe. Not because it was a guess, but because I knew your capability. You did the classic approach to be successful and that is to leverage off your existing skills to attract the sales. Excellent work Monica. The world is your oyster. Let's see where you go next. 💰💰
Monica, you helped me while I was studying for my real estate license. I thank you for that! Overall, your content has been spot on, and you are by far one of my favorite agents on UA-cam as I find you reasonably relatable being a newer agent. I got my license a couple months ago but have been slacking recently. But I've sorted some personal things, and this video came up in my feed at the perfect time as I'm kicking things back into gear! I look forward to the future content you have to post, whether it's about real estate. Keep at it!
Im still a college student pursuing my license at 18, is it possible to succeed the first couple of years by working part-time, or must you be very flexible?
Wow in Australia it used to be a 60/40 split. You get the 40%. We worked 7 days a week generally from 7am till 9p.m often well over 80 hour weeks. Today here (in Australia)houses sell themselves. The market here is crazy. Houses have more than doubled in 12 months.
I can't wait to make a living as an agent! I am 1 year in and made much less than I anticipated. However, I am building my clientele and will do much better my second year. I posted a similar video on my channel about how much I made my first year but it was pitiful how much I made...
Omgz love love love your video, I'm not an agent yet but I'm in the process of picking the school that will best prepare me for this new journey.... I have not started vidz yet but I will.... your video was so good and informative and realistic and that's the content that is needed to be projected... but I'm so determined and I will continue to follow you... I'm in FL and so it'll be cool to watch you in the paint.... Keep it up girl 😉 💪
Thanks for sharing, Monica! And congrats on all your success! I love watching your videos because I’m originally from the Seattle area. My problem with real estate is that I feel the career itself is very glamorized. When in reality, it’s a lot more work than people realize - working weekends, working nights, dealing with unforeseen issues, etc. I’d LOVE to see a video on what a typical week is actually like working in real estate. I know you’ve made a video in the past, but maybe something more in depth? Just an idea if you’re open to it 😊
Yeah it's less Selling Sunset and more like grunt work. My roommate is an agent and he hates it most of the time and gets jealous of me because I do search marketing make the same amount of money and don't have to deal with the bullshit, but it did take me years to make what I do where as Real Estate if you grind you can make really good salaries early on. The thing with Monica is she had a built in marketing funnel and most agents don't have that.
What I want to know is how you have all your clients capable of affording the current market. All of my clients have been and are continuesly being priced out. Our median homes price rised 40k in two months, and the rising interest rates demolished already doom first time home buyers. I use PPC for my lead generation, by the way. My prospecting has become very skilled with it, but it's to no avail. I guess it's just my market.
Monica, hi there, how much taxes you had to pay? The reason i ask is for educational purposes, I want to be a real estate agent in the near future. Thank for your videos.
I totally hear you that you worked your bum off and earned your way … cause obviously you have. but I don’t think that eliminates the element of luck. Success is often the intersection of hard work and lucky circumstances. I am sure you can think of a number of ways in which you are in fact lucky. Maybe that’s just me tho.
No of course not. She brought it up. I made a general comment about a perspective I have in life. Working hard is amazing. And it’s not always enough. Apparently that was offensive. Didn’t mean it to be.
@@tabithaaa6176 oh I misinterpreted. that’s a good perspective to have. Some call it luck, others call it chance, but i think it’s about seizing the opportunities you’re given
@@tabithaaa6176 exactly. Something I’ve noticed a lot of the early “beauty guru” type UA-camrs say they were able to gain a larger following because they started their channels early. There was a lot less competition. They had no way of knowing how big UA-cam could be or in some cases that they could make money. That’s an example of luck. It doesn’t magically make any of their work go away but it’s a piece of the puzzle.
I don't think luck is the right term. In this video she said she became an agent after realizing a ton of people will email her about houses so she knew she would definitely get sales from people who watch her youtube videos. So it's more like she leveraged her success on youtube and converted it to more success. Kind of like a person who makes and has a lot of extra money and uses that money in investments to make them more money.
Hi I am a 16 year old learning about real estate and I was wondering what type of people should I look for on my team what should they Specialize in and what am I going to be using them for??
Hey! Got licensed in March, did my first close May 30th, a day before my birthday! Joined a team in July and did 4 more transactions! Now working hard to continue building my business and helping more families!
Killing it! Honestly being agent is such a cool job, financial perks aside. Buying a home is one of, if not the most important purchase of people's lives and just being being in a position to guide them,, understand their needs and to hold their hand through the process is very fulfilling. Well done Monica!
I’m currently in the process of becoming a realtor and this has been so helpful I don’t believe anybody is really lucky, luck really means when opportunity meets preparedness and you have been preparing yourself by working and taking the time and effort to grow and opportunity’s came from it I would love to learn how I could use UA-cam as a platform to grow as a realtor.
Hi Monica, That’s incredible bc I had a neighbor who became a real estate agent and she was not as successful as you so she sold her unit and moved out. She was so arrogant and thought it was going to be so easy, but her biggest fail was that she did not network or go out and aggressively find buyers and home sellers. Another person that I know is also a real estate agent and he averages about 100k a year. That incredible too. You and your sister are so smart and great entrepreneurs. This finding customers through youtube is pure genius. Thanks for sharing your great ideas.
There’re a lo of expenses, but they do not talk about that, you got pay taxes , insurance , 100% pay by the sales , gas , the MLS fees , and some brokers charge for fees , adicional to the commission split 🤷♀️and so on
Passing the Real Estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr Mason Gomez.

I have been making a lot profit through real estate which has been the main source of my income.

I just started in April 2022 and sold 4 houses by August. I know it's not as much as you but I couldn't believe I was capable of that. And I could have closed more but as a newbie I didn't want to overwhelm myself. It took lots of hard work but I am going to stick with it. I would love to get more infos from you I’m basically in the same situation is there any way to reach you
That’s awesome. How did you do it?
Keep up the great work Crystal 👍🙏

P.S - launching her coaching program gives her ability to generate extra cash flow and increase her value in the market.

Hard work and good luck are not mutually exclusive. A lot of people can bust their ass and never see the same level of success because other factors will never be equal. You've worked hard and made smart business decisions, AND I'm sure you've also benefitted from circumstances outside your control.
That's very true good luck is scoffed at but it usually is the difference between good and great
Etc, I say this because whiteness alone is also not a guarantee for success, it may help in mostly western and some colonized nations but not everywhere. There are many American UA-camrs of color who have achieved just as much and more and in shorter periods of time example . Monica is 27, she started YT in 2009, has 1.46million subscribers 67million veiws as a lifestyle bloggers and used YT to help her in her real estate broker and investment career.
Not for comparison because each person walks their own path but here are examples of how POC also find great success on YT.
Eva from mylifeaaseva, 27 like Monica, came from a working class background, raised primarily by her mom, started her YT in 2011, now has 11.47mill subscribers, 1.5+ billion views, released music singles And launched a clothing line.
Kayla Nicole, 19 years old, working class background raised by her mom, started in 2014 has 5.46 mill subscribers 349mil views, launched her own app and a music career
Janelle Eliana 23 years old joined in 2018, 2.47 mill subscribers, 92 mill veiws, leveraged a YT career of being a vanlife UA-camr bought several camper vans and a ranch on several acres in California
Kelly Stamps, 26, 664k subscribers, joined 2017,
39mill veiws, has a lifestyle travel career on YT and according to her earnings video her earnings are on par with Monicas.
And these are WOC of all shades and from humble backgrounds. Even if your immediate regional demographics aren't in your favor, because UA-cam is a global platform you can find a significant global audience to build a social media brand.
As amazing as this is, I'd love to know the average figures for a non-UA-camr real estate agent! Im still a college student pursuing my license at 18, is it possible to succeed the first couple of years by working part-time, or must you be very flexible?
As an agent, do you have clients sign an exclusivity contract that "YOU" their only agent & if they buy with another firm- you receive a %?
Wow, just taking a break watching this and love how you broke everything down. It isa similar process for someone wanting to become a travel agent
Wow in Australia it used to be a 60/40 split. You get the 40%. We worked 7 days a week generally from 7am till 9p.m often well over 80 hour weeks. Today here (in Australia)houses sell themselves. The market here is crazy. Houses have more than doubled in 12 months.
Do you work with a real estate company ? If so is that a way you would recommend or do you recommend solo
Yes! Love you talking about how hard you have worked to get your "luck". Celebrate your wins!
People will always try to minimize the success of others. There is nothing "Lucky" about your success. You earned it.
I can't wait to make a living as an agent! I am 1 year in and made much less than I anticipated. However, I am building my clientele and will do much better my second year. I posted a similar video on my channel about how much I made my first year but it was pitiful how much I made...
Can I ask how much you made and what made you only make that much?
I would of love to know this three years ago when I started. Thank you for the tips. I hope to get some content to showcase Ocala, Florida.
Do they automatically withhold taxes or do you have to set aside a certain percentage for tax purposes?
I want to know where the leads come from. How much of it was from youtube?
You didn't watch the whole video apparently...
@@aba1791 I stand humbled. I did not initially. But she got them all from youtube yes. That's awesome
Love how transparent you are! You are so good at reaching out (I mean that's why I subscribed to hairodynamic 😂)
Your are so inspiring!! Love your videos and your transparency , always
very good idea to merge your youtube stuff with real estate. congrats on the W's
I'm going to look out. I'm for sure going to keep an eye out for your content coming up. I get so lost is that stuff!
My dream of becoming a Licensed real estate agent is ruined because of my inability to pass the real estate license exams after so many attempts
been struggling alot to pass the real estate exam for over a year. does anyone know any alternative to pass the exam please share.
I'm now officially a real Estate Broker. for all my repeat test takers don't give up and don't be discouraged.
It's really a good Career ☺️
@@Jhappiness586 can you share some tips on how you pass ?
I studied the questions & answers she provided me for 5 days. I was chocked to see the same questions on the day I took my exam. She's wonderful
I've been seeing good remarks about this same lady on tik tok too. Is she rea? I'll to know how this process really works and what is the catch
Very proud of u girl but I wonder how the market will affect the home buying process now. What are your thoughts on that?
Thinking about starting as a real estate agent then commercial development!
Rising interest rates will push down house prices.
@@jasonfournier not when supply is short and demand is high. My markets median home price is still increasing. So the facts counter your claim.
@@ForgingMyWins it takes time.
Hi Monica! Just wanted to ask what software tool you use for video editing? For your UA-cam real estate vids..
Monica, hi there, how much taxes you had to pay? The reason i ask is for educational purposes, I want to be a real estate agent in the near future. Thank for your videos.
Super awesome. Loved watching your journey over the last year. Currently in the process of getting my license and doing a similar thing!
Thank you rob!
Ditto to all this! 🙌🙌
I totally hear you that you worked your bum off and earned your way … cause obviously you have. but I don’t think that eliminates the element of luck. Success is often the intersection of hard work and lucky circumstances. I am sure you can think of a number of ways in which you are in fact lucky. Maybe that’s just me tho.
what’s the point in commenting this? Did it make you feel good to diminish her work?
I’m taking my test next week and this just motivated me even more!! Awesome video!
hows it going now? how was your first year ?
Hey! Got licensed in March, did my first close May 30th, a day before my birthday! Joined a team in July and did 4 more transactions! Now working hard to continue building my business and helping more families!
How do you prospect or generate leads exactly? I'd be curious about that.
Killing it! Honestly being agent is such a cool job, financial perks aside. Buying a home is one of, if not the most important purchase of people's lives and just being being in a position to guide them,, understand their needs and to hold their hand through the process is very fulfilling. Well done Monica!
Also I would 100000% take a course from you !!!!!!! You rock.
I’m currently in the process of becoming a realtor and this has been so helpful I don’t believe anybody is really lucky, luck really means when opportunity meets preparedness and you have been preparing yourself by working and taking the time and effort to grow and opportunity’s came from it I would love to learn how I could use UA-cam as a platform to grow as a realtor.
monica, what closing gifts are you giving ? thank you monica
This is so inspiring and encouraging...and I just searched hotel videos and now I'm benge watching her. ❤️
Wow without the team split, she would've made around $315k (700k average x 20 houses x 0.9 to account for the brokerage fee)...
Congratulations Monica. How are things going for you now!
Did you find that homebuyers were hesitant to work with a brand new agent or did your brokerage just give you leads and listings?
You should be extremely proud of yourself!!!! ♥️
Amazing, I’m about to start my course 🎉
Great video! The Realty Task Manager app will help too
Is the money you mentioned before the fees and splits or after?
Thanks for the inspiration, Real estate is a great supplemental side hustle. Your insights are very helpful. Good Luck.
Very confused when you say getting your leads from UA-cam, can someone explain??
Hi! Congratulations on your first year as a realtor! I didn’t know teams exist, can you let me know where can I find teams in Miami?
Hi Monica,
That’s incredible bc I had a neighbor who became a real estate agent and she was not as successful as you so she sold her unit and moved out.
There’re a lo of expenses, but they do not talk about that, you got pay taxes , insurance , 100% pay by the sales , gas , the MLS fees , and some brokers charge for fees , adicional to the commission split 🤷♀️and so on
Hey if the sale is financed? Is that considered a sale?
Hi Monica did what the percent of listings / buyers transactions did you do 1st year
Thank you for the info! Looking forward to this journey in real estate.
Passing the Real Estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr Mason Gomez.
I’ve always believed that Real Estate exam is not for all but studying, you need God’s grace to pass .
People keep talking about Mason all over UA-cam, he must be a very awesome help.
I studied for months and couldn’t pass, I guess passing is a blessing.
Real Estate exam might seem so tough to pass but studying very hard is a very vital skill to win trust me .
@Charls Williams correct, everyone has a different fate.
Damn she made 16k on a 900k house 😮 that's damn good that's what some ppl make in a year
