I do 1 and 2, and 4. I don’t need anyone getting in my business. Been in the business 12 years. I don’t need a coach. I’m a luxury agent and sell about 30-40 properties a year. But to each their own.
That’s why he’s more successful then you and trained way more successful people then you. I don’t give a shit if you been doing it 50 years there’s always something you can learn from someone else. You won’t be successful long term with that mentality

I have been focusing on each item until it’s perfected and then adding more. I started door knocking instead of cold calling and I’m killing it because I don’t come home until I have 25 doors and 10 leads for my CRM. That’s always my goal. Some days I do way better than others from 230-645/7 PM

I start3d with KW and all they do is read over a script but then I pay attention to the agents in the office and see why they are where there at just saying pay for someone who's worth it
