    That is exciting. I have never seen or experienced that before with White Bass. Awesome timing to hit it while the feeding window was on. One beautiful bass after another. Cool how you located the school at 9:30. Got Em! Exciting video!

    That kayak is sharp looking Chris!!! Very nice setup! Those bluegills were gorgeous! Those white bass though 😉 that looked like a lot of fun!! Seeing them schooling up like that reminds me of how the Stripers are in the bay! Very cool 👍 14:16 💪🏻 What a great day on the water my friend!!

      Thanks so much, Chris! I look forward to doing more fishing from the kayak. Those little white bass do sort of fight like a miniature striper.😄🐟

      Ha! Thank you so much, Matthew, my friend. I think the kayak will serve a good purpose this Summer in getting me into some spots where I can’t unload the Pond Prowler. Hope you and the family are doing ok. 🙏🐟

    Nice kayak for a guy one bologna sandwich shy of 240.😂
    That lifted up seat looks to be a little more comfortable with all kinds of leg room.
    Beautiful gills but what a time with those white bass.
    The white bass were making that reel sing and giving that Presso a workout.
    Fun time on the water Chris!

    Yes sir another awesome adventure with tons of catches and great presentation of gear! Man them white bass looked like a lot of fun, I’ve never caught one before. You know brother I bought that same kayak over a year ago and have yet put it on the water, that’s terrible on my part😞 I’ve heard it’s super stable for fellas that love them Bologna sandwiches like me lol.. so that’s why I bought it. Great job on the video brother! Looking forward to seeing some more footage from the new rig!

    I have a johnson kayak and I think I like what you are using better. It appears to be more stable than mine. I am looking for another one, and you have given me another option to investigate.
    Love getting on the white bass. I also like getting on the yellow bass as well. I love trout magnet baits. Been using them for years.
    Great video.

      This kayak is very comfortable and stable. If you have an Academy Sports or Dick’s Spirting Goods in your area, they may have some in store that you can see up close. Yes…the Trout Magnet is incredible. They catch so many fish! Thank you for watching.

    Nice video. White bass sure do know how to fight. I didn't realize Leland Lures made swimbaits too. Have you ever tried the hellgrammites from them?

    • @pistolcreek
      @pistolcreek  5 місяців тому

      Thank you so much! Yes… and those swim baits are awesome! I’d love to see what you could do with them down there in Florida. I haven’t tried the hellgrammites or the mayflies yet, but look forward to it.

    I love that Tiny Dancer! How does it hold up with Bluegill nipping at the tail? Do they tend to pull it off? Congrats on the new Kayak! I still love that Presso and Revros combo! That drag just has a really nice ping! My Regal 1000's (older version) have the gold accents and look and sound great on the Presso also. The Shimano Sahara I have on my 7' Presso is a bit darker gold accents and a little heavier. Regal is 6.7 ounces; Sahara is 10.6 ounces. (Revros is 7.2 ounces) ...Great video as always!

    • @pistolcreek
      @pistolcreek  5 місяців тому

      Thank you so much, Chip! I’ve been really impressed with the durability of the Tiny Dancer. I only lost one on this trip and that was due to me trying to pick a larger white bass up by the line and he broke off. Other than that, I was able to land several fish on a single bait. The tail is nice and stretchy while still being tough enough to hold up. Excellent bait and I will definitely be fishing them again very soon. I LOVE the Regal LT 1000. I have one paired with a Bass Pro Micro Light Rod and it’s so smooth. If it matched the Presso rods as well as the Revros, I would only use those. Daiwa sure makes some beautiful gear.

    • @chipseiler1766
      @chipseiler1766 5 місяців тому +1

      @@pistolcreek So the color scheme of the Revros is closer to the accents on the Presso then? I've never seen one in person. Also, they changed the colors on the Regals. Took away the "copper" colored accents.

    • @pistolcreek
      @pistolcreek  5 місяців тому

      Yes, the previous version of the Revros with the smaller knob on the handle matches the Presso pretty closely. It has the same “gold” banding. My Regal is more of a purple color. I need to go look at the new version. Haven’t seen those yet.

    • @chipseiler1766
      @chipseiler1766 5 місяців тому

      @@pistolcreek Still purple but without the "gold" accents. Can you say Legalis? It's more gold than copper and weighs 6.9 oz as a 2000 spool size. (Same as 1000 with a slightly larger spool. I love my Shimano Sahara 2000S size.) Amazon has the Legalis shallow spool version from Japan. Check it out.

    Love your videos. I can relate! I have a (new to me) Pond Prowler 10. I am really interested in an outboard for it. I’m really impressed with yours. I think it is a Honda but am not sure. Could you fill me in? Thanks!

    • @pistolcreek
      @pistolcreek  4 місяці тому

      Thank you so much! Yes, it is a Honda BFD2 2 HP 4-stroke motor. If you are interested, there is a video here on the channel from a few months ago that shows the specs and a little more detail on it. I believe it is titled Pond Prowler Mods or something close to that. Thank you for watching!
