  • A short video showing some of my work welding & machining roots blowers at a specialist blower repair company based in the UK.
    Towards the end of the video I also show some recent TIG welding and CNC plasma cutting in our workshop making some parts for vintage Matchless motorcycles.

    Nice, good to see some turning and milling, that engine plate would have took a day & a half on the mill rotary table and band saw lol

    NI 55 alloy I assume?

      @@notanymore9471 Yes, it's a special wire for this specific application based on a Ni55 alloy.

      @@notanymore9471 Thank you, we've had some trouble with spatter using the wire but it could be down to gas choice, i'm looking into trying a different composition shortly (M21 ArC-20 instead of M24 ArCO-12/2)
