Back pain is very common but in most cases is not caused by a serious problem. Most cases of back pain resolve on their own within two weeks, and full recovery is made within four to six weeks.

Interesting, but let's see an 80 year old do that ! We all need exercise so how about a demo for more seniors.

You don't bend your knees, so do I stop going down when my knees start to bend? Also do I do repetitions of these 4 exercises? i have been doing 10 of each.

Are these exercise help to relieve and cure back pain when lean forward ?

Way late. This is horrible advice for sciatica and spine damage. Bending forward is a sign of this. You need to do back bends, not front. Hope you feel better

Bad advice! Your knees should always be slightly bent when folding forward to touch the floor (the Ragdoll fold) and definitely when uncurling after bending forwards, especially if you have lower back problems! A better twist is the book opener pose lying on the floor on your side, knees bent at 90° one knee on top of the other with arms outstretched to same side at shoulder level, take top arm over to the other side following that hand with your eyes. Then back again and switch sides. I have low back pain & I do this spinal twist everyday - it really helps👍😊
