Media backups go on your nas, not your workstation. - also you can buy 16tb u.2 drives that mount nicely in those 2.5" drive sleds and plug into m.2 slots via easy to use adapters.
My concern is with the horizontal orientation and the GPU being upside down. GPU fans will have to draw heat away blowing down on the table. I wished they provided an option to mount the GPU flipped over with a long PCI riser cable. Both the CPU and GPU would be blown above and out.

Calling the cyberpunk pc gross instantly activated flight or fight response That being said i absolutely love the chaos that is trying to make a small form factor build on camera, always entertaining
These cases aren't meant to be running to tier CPUs anyways, so thermals shouldn't be as big of a problem. If you want bawler hardware, you need to accept that you will either need a bigger case or spend bawler money.
my biggest concern about this case this doesnt have dust filters ? because i use sugo 13 in past and even lot of clean its take a lot dust also that gpu place is wrong that fans face towards to front not backside
I don't understand the excitement for this case. You can get SFF cases that allow for 3-slot GPUs and 240/280mm AIOs. This case only allows 1 of those at a time. Why make compromises on CPU cooling when you don't have to with other cases?
Well it is really small given that you can fit 3 slots GPUs in it. Im familiar with SFF PCs, had one in a Corsair Bulldog case and the first time seeing this case I thought this is for HTPC only with no GPU support.
I'm having a hard time "getting" SFF. I could see wanting something smaller if you were building a home server, but for a PC you actually use? If you're going for a productivity PC that doesn't have a massive GPU or high thermal needs, I don't really see why you wouldn't go with a laptop. And for gaming it just seems a bit ridiculous. Yeah, yeah. Some desktops are real big, but we just call those "desk unders" - you rarely actually can't fit a normal tower under the desk somewhere. And then you don't have to fight with it to build it, or worry about it baking itself. Not to mention the nightmare that it would be to fix something if it's not working right. Do you want to disassemble your case half way to replace a dead GPU (that died of heat)? I don't see it being worth it.

huge upgrade over the node 202, but also a significant price hike. i think i paid like $80 for my node 202. i don't think we can blame inflation alone for the 60%+ price hike.
That plastic brick that he couldn’t identify in the beginning is an antenna retention bracket. It holds the antenna cables so they don’t get damaged by crimping directly at the plugs.
Media backups go on your nas, not your workstation. - also you can buy 16tb u.2 drives that mount nicely in those 2.5" drive sleds and plug into m.2 slots via easy to use adapters.
I recently started getting a bit interested in smaller form factor PCs, especially since we started seeing them compete very well thermally.
Biggest tech tip of the year. No such thing as a half slot, it either has space or doesnt, you cant cut a slot in half.
The Linus Pillow looks like he got shot a few times in the face 💀
Which way would you install 80mm fans on the top? Intake or exhaust?
My concern is with the horizontal orientation and the GPU being upside down. GPU fans will have to draw heat away blowing down on the table. I wished they provided an option to mount the GPU flipped over with a long PCI riser cable. Both the CPU and GPU would be blown above and out.
They finally made a follow up to the NODE 202, my favorite SFF case of all time. I'm so stoked
I love the aesthetic of these small cases but I just can't give up my full-outline ATX. I want slots.
I am the same. I really love the appearance of small cases but I want a honking desktop.
Sliger has a SFF case with a bifurcated 16x riser for two slot PCIE configs.
@@lukelayton1028 I'm one of those weirdos that still insists on an optical drive, 3.5" hard drives, etc., in my desktops. I even have a PCIe sound card. At least I finally gave up on PS/2 ports and a floppy drive in my most recent build.
@@RoastBeefSandwichAn optical drive is still very relevant. Apple does not speak for us when they decided to remove optical drives.
I have a mATX in a NR200P, it's a on the bigger size of SFF but it's got room for everything. Might wanna give than one a try if you need more than 1 slot.
Is that gpu connector plugged all the way in? That location kinda gonna bend that connectors and will go melty melty again
That's not what I expected from an LTT video about an SFFPC. It is not only missing basic temps and basic benchmarks, it is that it is not even powered on even a single time ? are you building a PC or a f. IKEA cupboard ? come on.guys...
Wack take
The classic tower shape is just as barfar as close to becoming an actual cyborg as ill ever get so i go with that.
The Verge build has become the new standard I see
Thanks that was a very straight forward and easy to follow video 🤙
Same case 1.5x larger, maybe 2 inch taller. The absolute dream.
I don’t really care about having THE smallest case. I just want something small but not giving up on perf and cooling.
I really can’t understand why there are no middle ground case instead of just pushing for the lower volume possible limiting cpu cooler and gpu room too much.
We need to see benchmarks of the 4090 in this
Calling the cyberpunk pc gross instantly activated flight or fight response
That being said i absolutely love the chaos that is trying to make a small form factor build on camera, always entertaining
I like how the PC wasnt turned on with the GPU power adapter joints being right inbetween the fan blades. :) Bright day for this 4090.
Loved this short circuit, lot of good info.
The real crime is not turning the thing on and doing a quick temperature test. Come on, guys, such an awesome build
These cases aren't meant to be running to tier CPUs anyways, so thermals shouldn't be as big of a problem. If you want bawler hardware, you need to accept that you will either need a bigger case or spend bawler money.
How dare you address the nerdforge build with anything but respect and awe
This video was really cool, the whole format, casual but very well produced :) Can't wait to see you guys make some more crazy stuff.
How dare you insult the Nerdforge PC!! >:[
my biggest concern about this case this doesnt have dust filters ? because i use sugo 13 in past and even lot of clean its take a lot dust
also that gpu place is wrong that fans face towards to front not backside
I don't understand the excitement for this case. You can get SFF cases that allow for 3-slot GPUs and 240/280mm AIOs. This case only allows 1 of those at a time. Why make compromises on CPU cooling when you don't have to with other cases?
Well it is really small given that you can fit 3 slots GPUs in it. Im familiar with SFF PCs, had one in a Corsair Bulldog case and the first time seeing this case I thought this is for HTPC only with no GPU support.
"I live in expensive city, so I bought a computing form factor that typically increases my costs."
Yup, makes sense. 😛
How do you plug cables to graphics card? It is pity you did not show it.
I cant believe the SSUPD Meshlicious still hasn’t been used on this channel
Yep that's why I went with the Cooler Master TD300 Mesh Black and WOW what a difference in cooling performance vs a crappy stock ibuypower case. :)
"Oh no, it's a solid" is something I'd rather hear when I'm in the bathroom, not when I'm squeezing out my thermal paste. 😂
