Thank you for these great tips! The tip at 6:05 is especially helpful for me since I’m always second guessing my abilities. I definitely have a ton more good games than bad but when I finish a bad game it just hits different. Gotta remember that nobody wins 100% of their matches and to learn from mistakes.
Exactly! You could have a dozen good games, but your brain will want to focus on the one bad game you had. It's still something I'm looking to master myself. It's okay to make mistakes. That's how you learn as well
Oops! Just now noticing the "Live on Twitch Now" screen at the end is a bit scuffed! Tried rushing this video out before my trip and must've overlooked that
🧀 I’ve been having a hard time with our girl recently, but I recently decided to switch to a brute force build (darkness and iron + enduring and another aura read of my choice). It’s honestly helped a lot just to feel free of the endless pallet greeding. 😂 Definitely not my usual, but I enjoy that survivors don’t expect it
Great guide! I’ve been a console Huntress since 2018, and I’m still figuring out new things about her. The hatchets that I struggle with are the ones that go straight up in the air. They’re really close but they don’t hit. I think it’s worth it for me to learn it considering most maps have gens that are behind cover or are in a jungle gym. Any more tips?
Your best bet would to be to find lineups on maps where the gen spawns are fixed, or consistent. RPD has a great one from the front path to the gen on the heli pad. There are a few other maps like that. Grim pantry main building towards the gate the spawns behind shack is nice too. If you can land it consistently within 8m of them, that's really REALLY good. I usually try about one a game, and land one once every two weeks or so. There's some learning of the distance, but a lot of it is luck
@@DadbodShuffle TYSM ❤ I was able to hit one on Thompson House. And 2 on Dead Dawg. RPD is the only one I can hit consistently every single time. But I’ll be able to perfect my accuracy in custom games with bots 😎
Definitely! They never expect it, and it's a great way to land free hits. Mind games you'd run on M1 killers work surprisingly well on huntress and catch people off guard
🧀 nice tips !, going with your gut feeling is always something I say to do , i need to work on more hitting those shots that people don’t know of ( under the snowplow and crane ) but I can’t hit through the bordered up window it feels like :/ not sure if that’s possible
Couldn't agree more. Trusting your gut is something I tried to hammer really hard with my prediction guide. It's one of the best tips you can give (and it applies to other killers too!)
Also great tip to take time during reloads to recenter! Without Iron Maiden or Deerskin gloves you have so much time...how do you play her with those slow reloads 😂😂
I usually run one or the other. You'll see in this vid I'm only running infantry belt. I ran out of gloves and didn't realize until the match started. It hurts
🧀 I don't run BBQ so can't say I totally disagree but since I'm a darkness revealed junky I hook first and reload. I love the pallet mind game you added. Make them think you don't respect and then down them the best few times 😂
Yup! I like reloading after with darkness! Especially if I also have BBQ on. Then I get BBQ value after the hook, then I reload and get another shot with darkness. Good call out!
I have tried about 2 matches on controller. Either I am unable to precisely aim from range, or I am too slow to hit targets in front of me. I can't find that sweet spot using joysticks. This is why I have insane respect for people who player her on console/controller. It is insanely hard. I used to have a channel point reward for this on twitch, but it was so miserable for me I had to remove it
@@DadbodShuffle Yeah and the sensitivity on joystick doesn’t help because how crazy fast it is can barely get the proper hit off it sucks at some point I’ll eventually just buy a pc and play her cause it’s very frustrating missing stuff that shouldn’t miss.

Yeah I've seen enduring more and more with her. Also bamboozle and brutal are common in some builds too. May have to give it a go
What I love most is the complete lack of a disclaimer about Megs not being harmed in the making of this vid 💀💀💀💀
LMAO. Maybe their egos were hurt a bit

I tend to m1 on loops where survivors know they can abuse huntress's 110 speed and then hit 'em with a 540 spin mind-game. So satisfying when it works

Top tier, per usual
Another Dadbod Shuffle hit 🙏
Appreciate the tips maybe this will help

It’s a pain trying to aim on console

@@Kiddo_williams wouldn't it be great if consoles allowed you to plugin and then use a mouse and keyboard?
