The Finnish game developers had trouble making a sprite for Dr Samuel, and decided to replace him with a new white character. I'm sure they didn't realise the implications.

The key in that level was to slip extra vodka in the minister's drink, after that he'll make the promise to support your initiative. Make sure to have cigars in your inventory for some bonus points. He also likes sexist jokes, but do NOT choose any gay jokes, because that's an instant level failed.

I do appreciate the video idea but if you’d like to talk realistically, the PS1 Intro would have been good because this show went out of production somewhere in 1999 ish in the late 90s, because the show aired from 1990 to 1997, but the ps2 idea was not bad, I like it. It gives an old nostalgic vibe.
Everytime I'm going to play this game on PS2, it remains with a black screen, it also happen the same to spider man 2, but when I tried on GameCube it worked!
