  • Hi, my name is Stacey, and I am a NASM-CPT and NASM-CNC (Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach). I love being active, working out, and being outdoors. Other hobbies are crafts, plants, animals, books, and a mix of other lifestyle things.
    In this video, you will follow a series of mobility & abs exercises followed by a full body circuit, performing each exercise for 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Then, rest for 1 minute before repeating the full body workout 3 times.
