Sometimes, because you're in a new environment, the "new door" isn't always easy to see, but you're a thoughtful person, and young. So just keep on plugging, and you'll find what you need. One thing that's helpful of course is to communicate... Reach out to friends, collaborate, etc., as well as keeping some time to yourself for thought and fun!
Don't worry about production teams the other channels have. Work with what you have. Seems to me a friend of yours, Daniel Norton, is always telling us that. As Mike said, keep plugging away. It's true when a door closes another opportunity will come your way. Just keep your eyes open to it. It's easy to give up. I suffer from that problem from time to time. Keep at it. Life does throw us curves and sometimes with those curves a door will open. Hang in there!!!
