      Glad you like them! Marissa! This is one of my favorite Top10 STRETCH for sure. I was just doing it yesterday since I havent stretch for so long, always best to start with something not too intense but still challenging! Which is your favorite? If anything you see missing you can also let me know!

    Thank you so much Eunice! I did this on my active rest day but still worked up a little bit of a sweat. Barely can bend forward for my side and forward folds, appreciate how you encourage us to keep practicing! (:

    These exercises are a lot of fun, thank you! For the 4th exercise, is it normal to feel your hip pop during every motion?

      Glad you like it! II also had more popping sound when i started but it slowly goes away after training it, but I can't tell how similar your case is to mine. I would go gently and put extra attention on it, stop if you feel any pain and check with a doctor.
