Nonono! Never do them all at once - very likely to overstretch. Stretching is more on quality over quantity. 10-20 minutes a day I find is optimal for me so I do follow one Top10 stretch 3-4 times a week, allowing times to rest. Doing variety of stretches helps me to work on specific goals too because as my overal flexibility improves, I feel much less likely to plateau on certain goals. I didn’t plan on it but I will share more about my stretching schedule in the coming videos for you :) hope it will make things clearer for you

I tried to do this infront if my dog, and he was trying to lick me and jump over me the whole time
