    What are your flexibility goals and where you are? I am tackling my major weakness on my shoulders!

      My goals are to be flexible in every shape and form. Right now I’m getting better but I’m still kinda stiff. Any tips?

    I tried to do this infront if my dog, and he was trying to lick me and jump over me the whole time

      SAME AS my kitten !!! haahahahha she is always trying to catch my leg. So cute your dog is so excited too ahha

      Glad you enjoy them! I use hem for warm ups/ exercises before practicing aerial. Thought other people would enjoy too!

    So do we do all your Top 10 stretch videos all at once, and everyday? Or are we supposed to focus on a certain body part on different days? Could you maybe do a video on how your stretching schedule was when you were trying to become flexible, please? Ty 💕

      Nonono! Never do them all at once - very likely to overstretch. Stretching is more on quality over quantity. 10-20 minutes a day I find is optimal for me so I do follow one Top10 stretch 3-4 times a week, allowing times to rest. Doing variety of stretches helps me to work on specific goals too because as my overal flexibility improves, I feel much less likely to plateau on certain goals.
      I didn’t plan on it but I will share more about my stretching schedule in the coming videos for you :) hope it will make things clearer for you

      This is actually my crash mat for aerial dance. I have been waiting for my exercise mat to arrive and it just did! Its amazing, let me share the link with you. I prefer it more because its not slippery and I dont want to worry about damaging my crash mat. Let me find the link for you.

      Then this way you know where your weakness is =) be patient and work on various shoulder flexibility exercises. it will get easier quick!
