I for one always just figured that kitsune fursonas were the "I'm too indecisive to pick just one species for my fursona so I'll just have my sona be the shapeshifter species" species. I mean, that was basically _my_ mindset when I went with that...

(No offense to anyone who has a Kitsune fursona but STILL, they're not that crazy special. "Kitsune" literally translates to "fox" in Japanese. Nothing else. Not "Fox God" or "Nine-Tailed Fox". It's literally just fox.)

What about bulls? From my experience, bulls do tend to be macho types, but many are still genuinely nice people despite the whole dudebro lunkhead beefcake stereotypes they fully embody.
Another trait of that is Ferdinand. Remember that movie? Peyton Manning was Guapo in the movie. I'm a huge NASCAR Fan! A bull would also be Midwestern, Texan, or Oklahoma Native.

My fursona is an axolotl. I feel like I would be described as one of the people who are really into aquatics and aquariums as a kid. Alse, I feel like I would be described as someone who didn't really like the outdoors and stayed inside all day just so they could eat all the food inside of the fridge.

Here I was almost sold on Dragon or cat...and Jackal is me to a T, lmao! And is one I'd been debating for a fursona as well. I'm so easily spooked, and I really do only have one best friend, and I'd throw hands for him for real, because the few people I let close are *everything* to me.
Im an adult with a dinomask and yeah it is way more cost effective and literally the only way I can have a partial suit. Im also autistic and obsessed over all things prehistoric. Mine is Hollow, the Halloween Therizinosaurus. Though Land Before Time? Nope my favorite dinosaur movie is Jurassic Park.
The jackal part is very accurate but I only flinch instead of getting scared
I just watched both videos, hoping to narrow down my top few contender species for making a fursona by seeing if I like the idea of one more after hearing your interpretations, but I just made my decision harder by how much I felt called out by ALL of the ones I was considering! Guess I had good instincts for which I identified with but damn did some of those call me out lol

I'm glad I finally found a skunk one. I'm planning on making a custom skunk fursuit but horror-themed (like axe serial killer)
The character in question is originally a sweet guy but he gets bitten and is infected with rabies. To add to his grizzly appearance, he had blue eyes but the left eye is heavily damaged from being punched by a bully (this is before going rabid) and without treatment the eye becomes infected. The sclera is red while the iris and pupil are a sick yellow. now before you say he's evil, keep in mind he never wanted this in the first place, in fact, he got bitten because he saw the other animal pass out and tried to help him, not knowing what would happen to him. But don't worry, I have a happy ending planned for him.
