Fly Fishing British Columbia's Elk River Tributary in August [Episode #42]

In this episode we fly fish on a spectacular August day in British Columbia. Ladin has a pretty rough start to the day because he misses several nice and then finally lands a small Whitefish. But the day does get better as we hike upstream on this beautiful little tributary of the Elk. We use an Adams and a Purple Haze and a small Pheasant tail nymph for most of the day to land several very nice fish. What a wonderful day in the outdoors of British Columbia.

Great vid. Love fishing down there. After losing a decent fish and then a few in a row finally checked fly. Bent hook! Now I take a moment and always check hook so I don't risk losing a holy hell fish!
