Thank you so much! I have been searching, for years, for information as valuable as this, ever since I learned of "emotional intelligence", after becoming a parent.
I literally have had no idea what being empathetic looks or feels like. All I know is I want to be this person for my girls and others. With no previous experience at all, it felt very frustrating never having an example to go off of. Thank you so much for your videos. I have felt so stuck. This is so unbelievably helpful.
