As of today, Nails are only worth $20. ALso, with the black Markerter, he has multiple spawns around the world, not just int he mineshafts. AND what you want to do is not just kill him. Capture him. Capturing gives you the loot then you butcher the black marketer and you get the same loot again. Twice the mount of gold and keys from the 1 npc.

Hmm, I just tried it at the dunes merchant in desert and it shows 160 a nail still. Sold over 500! Made a lot!

Those OP Pals you were looking at on the vendor are Spheres you dropped. Either intentionally, or because your Palbox is full. The top row of stuff on the merchant is his actual stock, and usually only has 1-2 passives.
That merchant only drops 11k for me

Ok what you do is just fast travel somewhere else(must fast travel somewhere else) then fast travel back, it might not work the first time, so just redo over and over till they finally stop going underground

I just kill all legendary pals and sell all of the drops and I make 3-5mill easy in a few hours or so….
I use the gold to buy ammo, eggs, milks, and lots of berries

when you get 2 nails for 1 ingot it is definitely worth it
Btw yall, mau is only really good very early game, you get alot more gold off of selling other pals drops. Like selling high quality furs for 30g a drop, and they drop about the same rate as mau gold, so its 3x as profitable
At 2:14 I went over to him and he's only selling 1 row of pals not 2??
Those are his pals that he has left on the ground without knowing, when u drop a pal it then pops up on the pal merchants buy page, kinda funny that bro tries to sell u ur own pals

I really wish they would increase the base run speed of our character, running feels so slow.. I know you can improve the bit the base should be better than this
I know it is not the same but to deal with this I use the gale claw and double jump to move around the base quickly, it does use a team slot though.
