I'm sorry to inform you but you are wrong, being from Derse or from Prospit has nothing to do with being an active player, take Rose Lalond as an example. Being an active/passive player depends only of the class, Seer/Heir being passive classes and Knight/Witch being active classes.

I really like this song. I think it gives the Beta Universe Derse more of a distinct flavor and sound while representing the kids and the way they interact while giving more voice to what it's like to be a Derse dreamer . .

Prospit dreamers prefer the process before the result, they prefer to enjoy doing the topic no matter how it turns out in the end. It must also be clarified that they were interested in making a positive and joyful theme. That's why the dreamers call them "silly people." Derse dreamers prefer the result, regardless of the process, they will judge themselves until they achieve their goals. I'm a Prospit dreamer, but I think I enjoy this song more than "Prospit Dreamers". Honestly, Prospit and Derse are equally necessary and amazing. Each has their own good traits and bad traits, neither can best the other in comparison in my opinion.

Fun fact: Just discovered that the violin that Rose plays appear to be taken from the EWQLSO Gold/Platinum library (i am unsure if the sample is still available in modern Symphonic Orchestra releases) and comprises of two instances of it. One is for the majority of the melody, specifically "F SVL Mart Up Dn.nki". The other is named "F SVL Sus Vib Hard.nki" and is only used for that long A# note at its end, since the latter is a suspended/sustained sample (thus 'sus') and the former is more of a staccato (as in a short/pluck) type of sample Bonus fact: 'F SVL Sus Vib Hard" is the same instrument used for the secret melody during the brass section in the Smash Ultimate version of MEGALOVANIA!
You know what I find kinda interesting about this song and Prospit Dreamers? So, Prospitans are typically team workers and collaborators (with the exclusion of Vriska), right? Well, in their song their (John and Jade's) respective instuments are working together from start to finish. On the other hand, Derse Dreamers are soloists, preferring to work alone and in the shadows, and always looking bad ass while doing it. In this song, the instuments (Rose and Dave) are only together for a small portion of the song. It starts with Rose's violin until Dave joins in and overtakes the song. Sorry if this sounds dumb :P, it was just an idea I had.
Derse and Prospit are so much different; In this Dave and Rose seem to be competing, but it makes the most enchantingly dark sounds. In Prospit Dreamers, John and Jade are playing together to make a lighter sound and tone; both of them are amazingly beautiful, but I'll be pailed if I don't like this one better than Prospit Dreamers. :3

Fun fact: Just discovered that the violin that Rose plays appear to be taken from the EWQLSO Gold/Platinum library (i am unsure if the sample is still available in modern Symphonic Orchestra releases) and comprises of two instances of it. One is for the majority of the melody, specifically "F SVL Mart Up Dn.nki". The other is named "F SVL Sus Vib Hard.nki" and is only used for that long A# note at its end, since the latter is a suspended/sustained sample (thus 'sus') and the former is more of a staccato (as in a short/pluck) type of sample
Bonus fact: 'F SVL Sus Vib Hard" is the same instrument used for the secret melody during the brass section in the Smash Ultimate version of MEGALOVANIA!

You know what I find kinda interesting about this song and Prospit Dreamers? So, Prospitans are typically team workers and collaborators (with the exclusion of Vriska), right? Well, in their song their (John and Jade's) respective instuments are working together from start to finish. On the other hand, Derse Dreamers are soloists, preferring to work alone and in the shadows, and always looking bad ass while doing it. In this song, the instuments (Rose and Dave) are only together for a small portion of the song. It starts with Rose's violin until Dave joins in and overtakes the song. Sorry if this sounds dumb :P, it was just an idea I had.
This song, along with several others, is what got me into Homestuck. Music is awesome.

I love how this fits the feel of derse and the color scheme
Derse and Prospit are so much different; In this Dave and Rose seem to be competing, but it makes the most enchantingly dark sounds. In Prospit Dreamers, John and Jade are playing together to make a lighter sound and tone; both of them are amazingly beautiful, but I'll be pailed if I don't like this one better than Prospit Dreamers. :3
