After seeing the sans ending in call of the void undertale, i cannot stop imagining this vriska theme as a determined sans theme
One of the things I love the most about this song is that you can genuinely tell how it was constructed, just a simple layering of Tensei's guitar over Toby's original song. You can even hear, after the initial guitar riff of the song fades out, the smallest remnant of the original riff from the Earthbound hack.
Just so goddamn cool. And the Spider's Claw riff to top it all off. GodDAMN.

Smash Bros IS a videogame museum after all, so now Toby's Earthbound romhack, Homestuck, and Undertale are now apart of the archives of the biggest videogame museum/fighting games out there.
Given how strict Nintendo is with their IP, it’s honestly hilarious that a song originating from a rom hack of their game is now officially immortalized as a cornerstone of video game culture in, as you said, basically a video game museum.

Both Aradia and Sans are strongly linked to the idea of temporal inevitability and, at their worst, have defeatist attitudes about it. (spoilers below)

Aradia is canonically the “Maid of Time,” and for most of Hivebent and Alterniabound knows exactly what is going to happen in the alpha timeline, due to being able to hear the voices of the dead. Because of this, she grows bitter and resentful about her inability to meaningfully change things for the better. Sans studies quantum physics and is aware of Frisk’s ability to reset the timeline. Like Aradia, he also grows depressed about it, being unable to “give it his all” until the last fight - you can check the dialogue, it’s all there.

Aradia seemed like she genuinely doesn't give a shit after godtiering, in fact she seemed pretty psyched that everything is falling apart around her. The inevitable doom and gloom Sans is aware of just kind of excites Aradia I guess.
Making it even worse for Sans is that it's been implied that he knows everything that's ever happened to him in every timeline he's previously lived and died in.

I started reading Homestuck earlier this year after a friend pepped my curiosity on it. I must say it’s really good.
I had heard of Megalovania from the Undertale fandom years prior, and knew that Megalovania was in Homestuck after some digging around and searches on UA-cam. I must say I like this version as much as Undertale’s version.
I don't really read it often I am on act 2
Not enough credit is given to Tensei for adding some killer guitar soloing on top of Toby's original tune. That's what makes this song unique compared to the Earthbound hack and Undertale versions. (Although, granted, the leitmotifs he plays are from a couple other Toby Fox compositions)
