- We're at the Westgate Resorts hotel here in Las Vegas exploring the secret rooms of the past when Elvis Presley worked and lived here! This is a 2 PART SERIES that will take you backstage of the old las Vegas Hilton and explore where Elvis rehearsed in the movie Elvis: That's The Way It Is, the stage he performed on, secret hallways, Elvis' dressing room, and the basement of the Hilton. That's the Way It Is is the twelfth studio album by American singer and musician Elvis Presley, released on RCA Records, LSP 4445, in November 1970. It consists of eight studio tracks recorded at RCA Studio B in Nashville, and four live in-concert tracks recorded at The International Hotel in Las Vegas. It accompanied the theatrical release of the documentary film Elvis: That's the Way It Is, although it is not generally considered a soundtrack album. The album peaked at number 21 on the Billboard 200 and at number eight on the country chart. It was certified Gold on June 28, 1973 by the Recording Industry Association of America and up-graded to Platinum, for sales of a million copies on March 8, 2018.

I remember seeing Estelle brown one of the sweet insperations at the Wolverhampton civic she was at an Elvis tribute show she still had an amazing voice me and my mom also saw darlin tomkins from the film blue Hawaii she came to me and my mom when we were at the heartbreak hotel in Memphis she thought she new my mom from somewhere I know what you mean nick anything Elvis Presley is so surreal great video as always well done 👍

When you mention that the Elvis penthouse was at the 2nd highest part of the building, that is incorrect. The suite was built on top of the hotel and would be at the level of the top row of windows (now called the Sky Villas).

Some incorrect information there...Elvis suite did not have a view to the front of the hotel. The 30th floor facing the front of the hotel was a night club, Elvis suite was at the rear.
