    Good morning everyone! You've been asking for more CHALLENGING 45-50 minute workouts, and today's definitely fits the bill! I think this is a contender for hardest workout on the blog! If you're short on time, you always can stop around the 26 mark -- trust me, that's a great workout on it's own! Let me know what you think of this one!

      I wanted to walk away at the top of the pyramid, thinking maybe the next time I'll do the whole thing, but you inspired me to JUST KEEP MOVING. And I did it!!! Thank you for your inspiring comments that encourage me to keep going.

      Always avoided this one, definitely hardest workout on the blog and only used 10lb, feel great to start my week off with this!

    Love, love, love it!!!! More of these please😁 I am a 51 year old mom of 3 teens and I am finally getting back into shape after raising our kids. Lindsey, you are such a motivation!!     I am doing this workout almost two years after you filmed it, but I loved every minute of it as I was doing this morning. I've never done a pyramid workout before, so thank you so much for doing this for us. I went to your website, and found out that you are a Christian, too. That's even more a reason for me to enjoying and doing your amazing workouts!! You are such an inspiration!! Please keep up the good work!! :-)

    So, I did this workout today and it ROCKED me! I paused a few times, but I didn't give up and I ultimately finished. This was definitely a challenge!

    Lindsey, I am so incredibly thrilled that I found your workouts! I spent two years with a personal trainer and couldn't afford it anymore. I floundered for a bit on my own, BUT not anymore!!! You provide everything I need: encouragement, focus on strength and endurance and killer workouts!! Thank you so much from one ninja mom to another!!

    more please! i luved the longer workout and getting a good sweat...not too much rest! thank you! my children are teens now, but i bought weights, bands, balls, etc. when they were younger to workout at home! following the lead of my husband and me, they do similar workouts! our son did one of your workouts! he got a great workout! ha! thank you!

    Holy banana boat, throw me a life preserver!!!! I did the 10 min glute activation workout before this so my glutes were already burning 🔥 I have been working on my deadlifts and snatches so I was able to use (2) 30lb weights for the deadlifts and a 25lb weight for the snatch. For some reason I just couldn’t line up my lateral jumps with the weight very well for the snatches so I opted instead to do side step squats with a snatch to keep pace. These are tough moves with only a 30 second rest after the whole string! I was sweating like mad and gasping for air 🤣 I think the toughest move by far was the push ups and push presses but I did them all on my toes!!! When I first started your workouts some time ago I could barely do any pushups on my toes. Thanks to you and your encouragement I have gotten so much stronger! You are so much more refreshing and real than a lot of other fitness “influencers”. I love that your emphasis is not on the aesthetics of the body but on getting strong and and healthy. And I love that when I don’t have to keep my children out of the room when you are on the screen. Thank you for being you!

    Yesssss! Kicked my butt, and I loved it!! Before discovering your channel I rarely found a UA-cam workout video that truly challenged me, especially ones that weren't just cardio.     this is (IMO) the toughest of your routines. I am a trainer, and have been doing your workouts throughout covid. This one kicks my butt every time. I may just have to steal this one when gyms re-open, with full credit going to you. I love suggesting your channel to friends and clients... there is room for everyone in fitness and I have loved working out with you during lockdown and will continue to do so. Sometimes, even trainers need motivation, so thanks Lindsy.

    This is one of those workouts that totally challenge me and I don’t get comfortable with, despite doing it many times. I do this when I need to get out of my comfort zone, take it to the limit, and have nothing left in the tanks upon completion. Quite the pyramid, this one. Doesn’t seem so tough at the start: 30 sec on, 30 sec off. Then reality sets in and you’re sweating and gasping for air! Definitively one of my favorites and an excellent test of my physical and mental fortitude! Thanks Lindsey!!!

    This workout is just SINISTER. I say this without exaggeration that it is one of the most challenging workouts I've done all year! I workout about 5x a week and do everything from barre, Pilates, kick boxing, weights, HIIT, Tabata you name it. I recently discovered Nourish Me Love while getting into barre and Pilates and I love it.

    Thank you for your workouts. This pyramid really kicked my butt and it's EXACTLY what I needed. I'm still sore!!! I'm not a Mom or Wife but I dance and being quarantined during covid this year has taken it's toll on my body. I'm a New Yorker and have been sheltering with my elderly parents in the suburbs and it's been so hard being inside all the time and not being able to walk outside to the gym and do the HITT, Barre burn, weight training etc that I used to do at my favorite health club, Chelsea Piers Fitness in Brooklyn. Your workouts are just as challenging as my favorite trainers in NYC. Thank you for providing so much assessable content!! You are a rock star even to those of us child free single ladies who love fitness. Glad you are healing from Covid stay safe. much gratitude!!!

    Thank you! Haven’t sweated that much since summer time. Also loved how the moves kept our head about the heart so I never got nausea during the pyramid :) Enjoy learning from you to apply cues/moves/etc. when teaching my own fitness classes. Would love to work out in person with you some day!

    This IS the toughest workout on your channel! I do this every Saturday and I can see how I’m progressing! I started out using cans of baked beans, then 1kg, 3kg, today I did it with 4kg dumbbells! And I can feel the difference in my everyday life. I used to have to set my daughter down to prepare her milk, now I can have her on my hip without getting tired! I feel like a warrior! Thank you!

    Wow. So I started January at 252lbs. As of February 12th I'm 237lbs. My weight loss is gradual, but sensible. I'm eating right and I'm exercising a lot more - beyond just dog walks which is just muscle memory now. After doing a number short workouts, short yoga, long yoga, I decided to challenge myself. I increased my weights slightly, totaling 26lbs, and did this workout. OH MY GOD. Wow. Wow. Wow.
    I'm sore, I ache. I did this after I had some energy from doing a one hour treadmill incline. So, of course, my legs found this the most exhausting.
    It was tough, I was sweating, but it felt amazing to know that I did it. I actually did it. Afterward I needed a longer cool down so I followed it with 15 minutes of yoga stretches.
    Thank you so much for your hard work. Your reminders to drink help, your prompts throughout the session feel like you're really there, watching me, urging me on. These workouts, and my diet, might one day actually help me have a baby.
    I look forward to doing more of these long workouts.
    Thank you again, and I hope you have a lovely valentines with your husband. Mine just surprised with some roses a day early 🌹😊.

    20 weeks pregnant so I took out the hops and halfway through took the row from my knees. What a killer! I like the leg focus for this one - the other pyramids are my go-to workouts. Keep killing it, Lindsey! You’re doing your thing.

    I've been doing your workouts for about a year and this is the 1st running challenge I've done. I have never run a day in my life but I made myself try it and I ran 1.5 miles without stopping!!! I'm proving to myself that I can do this stuff. Thank you for making these challenges 😊

    Progress goals!! I’ve not done this for a couple of months - came back to it and this time managed to complete the 2 full rounds of the push up shoulder press every time, all with my heavier weights :-) yey!

    Came back to this workout after doing it for the first time about 1.5 years ago when I six months postpartum. It was so hard then I almost wasn’t able to finish even with modifiers. Did it again today and I’m much stronger, still really hard but it felt great to knock it out. Would love another one soon!!

    I absolutely love your workouts! I’m fit and have a hard timing finding workouts that challenge me - this one did it!

    Thank you so much for yet another incredible workout. I have done this twice since you posted it and I know it is going to be my winter go-to. Although I've only been doing it for a few years, surfing is my passion. BUT: I just moved somewhere cold and it means I have to wear an insanely thick wetsuit which makes paddling all the more harder and in general I feel I have to be so much stronger than before. THIS workout makes me feel like I am "in training" on my days when I don't get in the water, and I love that. Thank you!

    This 51 year old Glamma almost made it to the end (used 12 pounds most of the time)- just didn’t get enough proper “fuel” today and ran out of gas 🙃. This was a great total body workout. Thank you for sharing these workouts with us.
