This is one of those workouts that totally challenge me and I don’t get comfortable with, despite doing it many times. I do this when I need to get out of my comfort zone, take it to the limit, and have nothing left in the tanks upon completion. Quite the pyramid, this one. Doesn’t seem so tough at the start: 30 sec on, 30 sec off. Then reality sets in and you’re sweating and gasping for air! Definitively one of my favorites and an excellent test of my physical and mental fortitude! Thanks Lindsey!!!
Holy banana boat, throw me a life preserver!!!! I did the 10 min glute activation workout before this so my glutes were already burning 🔥 I have been working on my deadlifts and snatches so I was able to use (2) 30lb weights for the deadlifts and a 25lb weight for the snatch. For some reason I just couldn’t line up my lateral jumps with the weight very well for the snatches so I opted instead to do side step squats with a snatch to keep pace. These are tough moves with only a 30 second rest after the whole string! I was sweating like mad and gasping for air 🤣 I think the toughest move by far was the push ups and push presses but I did them all on my toes!!! When I first started your workouts some time ago I could barely do any pushups on my toes. Thanks to you and your encouragement I have gotten so much stronger! You are so much more refreshing and real than a lot of other fitness “influencers”. I love that your emphasis is not on the aesthetics of the body but on getting strong and and healthy. And I love that when I don’t have to keep my children out of the room when you are on the screen. Thank you for being you!

Thank you for your workouts. This pyramid really kicked my butt and it's EXACTLY what I needed. I'm still sore!!! I'm not a Mom or Wife but I dance and being quarantined during covid this year has taken it's toll on my body. I'm a New Yorker and have been sheltering with my elderly parents in the suburbs and it's been so hard being inside all the time and not being able to walk outside to the gym and do the HITT, Barre burn, weight training etc that I used to do at my favorite health club, Chelsea Piers Fitness in Brooklyn. Your workouts are just as challenging as my favorite trainers in NYC. Thank you for providing so much assessable content!! You are a rock star even to those of us child free single ladies who love fitness. Glad you are healing from Covid stay safe. much gratitude!!!

I selected this workout for today and THEN!!!! I remembered that THIS ONE IS A BEAST!! I started to find an easier NML full body workout - BUT - no. I told myself I could do this! And, then I did..........not one ounce of energy left. But, I did it!

This IS the toughest workout on your channel! I do this every Saturday and I can see how I’m progressing! I started out using cans of baked beans, then 1kg, 3kg, today I did it with 4kg dumbbells! And I can feel the difference in my everyday life. I used to have to set my daughter down to prepare her milk, now I can have her on my hip without getting tired! I feel like a warrior! Thank you!
I've been doing your workouts for about a year and this is the 1st running challenge I've done. I have never run a day in my life but I made myself try it and I ran 1.5 miles without stopping!!! I'm proving to myself that I can do this stuff. Thank you for making these challenges 😊

Following the MN Beef and Pork Calendar for this month...what a way to finish it with this "HOLY BANANAS" workout! I planned to only go up the pyramid for 25 minutes, but YOU inspired me to keep going. This 52-year-old body (never an athlete...but now I am!) made it up and down the pyramid with 10-pound weights. THANK YOU for your encouragement and honesty! I workout with NML every day!

Wowzers! That was an insane workout. I'm drenched in sweat and so exhausted but so proud that I finished it!! Shout out to the NML team/fam and all of us doing this workout! ❤ my favorite line that I'm going to hold onto was "be the hardest working person" . 💪
I did every move with my 20lb weights!!!! I am so proud. I do get emotional thinking about when this video first aired and how bad covid was. We've come a long ways!
this is (IMO) the toughest of your routines. I am a trainer, and have been doing your workouts throughout covid. This one kicks my butt every time. I may just have to steal this one when gyms re-open, with full credit going to you. I love suggesting your channel to friends and clients... there is room for everyone in fitness and I have loved working out with you during lockdown and will continue to do so. This workout is just SINISTER. I say this without exaggeration that it is one of the most challenging workouts I've done all year! I workout about 5x a week and do everything from barre, Pilates, kick boxing, weights, HIIT, Tabata you name it. I recently discovered Nourish Me Love while getting into barre and Pilates and I love it.
I tried this workout again for the 2nd time and I felt sooo much stronger than the 1st time I did it a could of weeks ago. I have been addicting to your workouts - followed many of yours already. Progress goals!! I’ve not done this for a couple of months - came back to it and this time managed to complete the 2 full rounds of the push up shoulder press every time, all with my heavier weights :-) yey!

Oh my, that was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done. I didn't give up, although I did have to slow down. Feeling proud of this 43 year old body.
That was a very sweaty workout! And what kept me motivated to finish is when you said if someone can’t finish they can come back and try another time… at that point I figured I wasn’t trying this again from the beginning so I powered through it. I feel amazing now!!! Thank you 😘
Missed this the first time around but holy bananas!! I was never an athlete but I started paying attention to my health in nursing school. I'm 42 and this is the healthiest I have ever been!;💪
20 weeks pregnant so I took out the hops and halfway through took the row from my knees. What a killer! I like the leg focus for this one - the other pyramids are my go-to workouts. Keep killing it, Lindsey! You’re doing your thing.

I just discovered you! This was my first time, so yeh - you rock a powerful workout! Thankfully I'm in pretty good shape at 50, but slowed things down a bit to prevent injury. I'll attack this again in a week or two! Mighty! Wow! Thank you!
Wow. So I started January at 252lbs. As of February 12th I'm 237lbs. My weight loss is gradual, but sensible. I'm eating right and I'm exercising a lot more - beyond just dog walks which is just muscle memory now. After doing a number short workouts, short yoga, long yoga, I decided to challenge myself. I increased my weights slightly, totaling 26lbs, and did this workout. OH MY GOD. Wow. Wow. Wow. I'm sore, I ache. I did this after I had some energy from doing a one hour treadmill incline. So, of course, my legs found this the most exhausting. It was tough, I was sweating, but it felt amazing to know that I did it. I actually did it. Afterward I needed a longer cool down so I followed it with 15 minutes of yoga stretches. Thank you so much for your hard work. Your reminders to drink help, your prompts throughout the session feel like you're really there, watching me, urging me on. These workouts, and my diet, might one day actually help me have a baby. I look forward to doing more of these long workouts. Thank you again, and I hope you have a lovely valentines with your husband. Mine just surprised with some roses a day early 🌹😊.

I loved it. But boy am I already feeling it. Only made half way due to a baby needing to be nursed and now my baby never felt so heavy to hold in the nursing position. Haha thanks for all these challenging workouts.

I was dripping sweat, all over the mat. My first pyramid workout and totally worth it. I work out 5-7x a week from either running an hour or Pilates or HIIT and this one surpassed them all. Most sweat drippage in a 50 min time frame. definitely a keeper in my weekly rotation!

I’ve been following your workouts for over a year now and this is definitely one of the toughest. I keep coming back to this one at least once every two weeks. It feels like such an accomplishment once I finish it and I feel amazing and strong. Thank you for all your amazing workout videos. Although I've only been doing it for a few years, surfing is my passion. BUT: I just moved somewhere cold and it means I have to wear an insanely thick wetsuit which makes paddling all the more harder and in general I feel I have to be so much stronger than before. THIS workout makes me feel like I am "in training" on my days when I don't get in the water, and I love that. Thank you!

This IS the toughest workout on your channel! I do this every Saturday and I can see how I’m progressing! I started out using cans of baked beans, then 1kg, 3kg, today I did it with 4kg dumbbells! And I can feel the difference in my everyday life. I used to have to set my daughter down to prepare her milk, now I can have her on my hip without getting tired! I feel like a warrior! Thank you!

I planned to only go up the pyramid for 25 minutes, but YOU inspired me to keep going. This 52-year-old body (never an athlete...but now I am!) made it up and down the pyramid with 10-pound weights. This workout is just SINISTER. I say this without exaggeration that it is one of the most challenging workouts I've done all year! I workout about 5x a week and do everything from barre, Pilates, kick boxing, weights, HIIT, Tabata you name it. I recently discovered Nourish Me Love while getting into barre and Pilates and I love it.

Wow. So I started January at 252lbs. As of February 12th I'm 237lbs. My weight loss is gradual, but sensible. I'm eating right and I'm exercising a lot more - beyond just dog walks which is just muscle memory now. After doing a number short workouts, short yoga, long yoga, I decided to challenge myself. I increased my weights slightly, totaling 26lbs, and did this workout. OH MY GOD. Wow. Wow. Wow.
I'm sore, I ache. I did this after I had some energy from doing a one hour treadmill incline. So, of course, my legs found this the most exhausting.
It was tough, I was sweating, but it felt amazing to know that I did it. I actually did it. Afterward I needed a longer cool down so I followed it with 15 minutes of yoga stretches.
Thank you so much for your hard work. Your reminders to drink help, your prompts throughout the session feel like you're really there, watching me, urging me on. These workouts, and my diet, might one day actually help me have a baby.
I look forward to doing more of these long workouts.

This was a really great pyramid, I hadn't done this one before and because it is one of the toughest workouts you have created and put it as the last one for the 30 day I was able to feel how my cardio strength and endurance has grown. I was dripping sweat, all over the mat. My first pyramid workout and totally worth it. I work out 5-7x a week from either running an hour or Pilates or HIIT and this one surpassed them all. Most sweat drippage in a 50 min time frame. definitely a keeper in my weekly rotation!

Thank you so much for yet another incredible workout. I have done this twice since you posted it and I know it is going to be my winter go-to. Although I've only been doing it for a few years, surfing is my passion. BUT: I just moved somewhere cold and it means I have to wear an insanely thick wetsuit which makes paddling all the more harder and in general I feel I have to be so much stronger than before. THIS workout makes me feel like I am "in training" on my days when I don't get in the water, and I love that. Thank you!
