Great format, loved it! Enjoyed being able to burn out at my pace. The timer is motivating, and I like when you mention what weights you're using because it helps me gauge what weights I need to grab (not quite where you're at "yet"!). This went by fast, thank you!

i just bought 6kg dumbell today and hitting this workout..i'm reaching muscle fatigue with the upper body moves..the split lunges really makes my legs shaking! love this!

Phewy, another great w/o that I will definitely return to and improve. Love the beans and pulses chat; makes my vegan tummy happy 😂. Hummus with butter beans, instead of chickpeas, is lush ❤
Super spicy but easy to follow so I could just put my head down and push myself! The hardest part was my forearms we’re about to give after round 3. Love mobility adds, maybe add in or do a separate add on for how to increase forearm strength to assist as we want to go heavier?
Wow this was a spicy one! Not gonna lie wasn't sure I would make it after the first round but somehow I pushed through it and felt amazing afterwards, thank you!
Oooh, I have a friend who is starting to eat healthier and her boyfriend wants to move towards a vegan or pescatarian diet. Pulses would work great for them!!
Love working out with you Lindsey but I‘m not sure if I liked this workout or format because it was kinda too fast and a fast transitioning and I wasn‘t able to have the muscle mind connection so I felt all over the place and my head wasn‘t focus even though I did my pace it still was kinda disctracting knowing that you went a lot faster and you‘ve done more rounds lol. But I was exhausted after the workout so I guess that counts as well lol. See you next time❤

Definitely a challenge.. had a hard time keeping grip and I find Bulgarian squats and single leg glute lifts soo hard
