OMG! Thank you Best Friend! I followed your instructions very well. My dish was extremely delicious! I spend a few pennies going to my local restaurant to purchase cassava, rice and plantains which cost me $35.00. Thanks to you it will be a long time before I will be visiting them, again thank you sooooooooooo much! Oh I played my favorite song 🎵 and enjoyed myself cooking just as you instructed...LOL

U am sooo glad that u made this preparation of cooking cassava leaf. I’m glad a young lady like u learning to cook a tutorial. Young kids needs to cook at home and not out all of the time. Helping mom cooking African food is good.

Very good seasoning. You don't need the bouillon cubes the beef broth you made is the bouillon cubes. Just add more dry spices towards the end or more onions GRATERED OR USE FOOD PROCESSOR.

Did you know that you can cook cassava leaves in a coconut milk with shrimps too . And it can reverse your CKD problem? But where can I buy the cassava leaf? Beautiful preparation by a young lady. Thanks for showing how to cook the cassava leaf.

Well done. I only have reservations about washing and straining dry the cassava leaves. It washes away valuable nutrients. Cant the leaves be clean washed before grinding? Just my understanding about nutrition and food processing.

Thankyou! Cassava leaf is LOADED with nutrients. Unfortunately because I live in America 🙄 it’s difficult or maybe even impossible for me to find cassava leaf fresh or before it is grounded so I take the opportunity to wash it as is
