ar gboo nyandi gii tar bi vempe lor la. ( You swing with this my Sister) I will roll with you Sis; will try cook mine just like yours. You made me miss my mother's Saki tomboi!!
At 9:09 what is that ingredient called? The thing that you are holding in your hand? its not in the description box. And can you buy it at a store or make it?
Blessings, oh, shoot, I forgot to add it in the description. I'm sorry. It is called ogiri, it is fermented sesame seeds. You can probably get it from an African store.
This Saki looks amazingly delicious, my mouth is watering. The thing I disagree with you is you put too much SALT. It raises your blood pressure after a while and can lead to other I'll health. I love your voice. Are you in the USA I guess ?
Blessings, thank you for watching, I appreciate you. No, please the salt wasn’t a lot because you saw me sprinkle the salt instead of measuring it you’re assuming it is salty, it wasn’t. I believe I stated in the video the amount of Maggie I used in the beginning so I needed a bit more salt. I am well aware of the dangers of salt and it benefits to us. We NEED salt. I urge you to read Dahl’s research in it entirety because what the media gave us was the watered-down version of, "salt leads to hypertension” he covered a lot more than this.
If you read my initial response before you made up your negative conclusion about me. You will know that I never mentioned that I bought my cassava leaf from a store. So, please save the negativity! Thank You

Can you do a vegetarian option?
The same method, but use salt instead of the Maggie cube. And palm oil is fine for a vegan option, but do not use too much
@@tildaskitchen How long does the cassava leaves take to cook?
Roughly about 30-45 minutes if your meats are already pre-cooked, that is!
@@tildaskitchen thank you for responding
Of course♥️
What brand of cassava leaf is it?
Blessings Zenahj, the ones I bought didn’t have a label on them. So I do not know. I’m sorry!
@@tildaskitchenhow can the store sell cassava leaf without a label. Quit telling a fib.
