I'd love a video like this for the Armada/QX56 since there are 3 under the dash. Most say its very difficult without removing the dash but with videos like this, I think it would make people feel better and confident in replacing them. Keep up the great work!
I have an '05 Nissan Titan and mine is not like this video. My "black box" is mounted in front of the metal brace and my brace is one solid piece of metal. It's PITA to get to the screws that hold the black box, which I believe is the BCM (Body Control Module).
Put TRQ brake pads and rotors on my 2015 Titan Pro4x. Excellent products, great braking power. This video is the best of all of the blend door actuator videos. There's one video with a youtuber taking apart his entire dash to perform this work. I prefer this method to taking the whole dash down. Thanks for doing this great video!
Just completed on 06 titan. Video is good but many other pitfalls. First this part is a bit bigger than the oem and need to remove the black plate and cut just a small bit from bottom. Next the white piece will also fall out as well. I assembled the black plate, actuator and white piece together then reinstalled it as one. Many many tries to get it correct. Then Magic it fell in place and installed screws. Other tips. Remove the seat ! I spent hours on my back. And either remove the black box or zip tie it out of the way. Good luck and have some band aids for the cuts
Great video but- -the one you removed appears to have the "gear" drive. The one I removed from the drivers side has a "double D" type drive. I'm having a hard time finding a replacement, , ,
Is there any hack to just forcing the air go out dash/face vents only? Mine is only blowing out floor and defrost vents. I don't think i have ability to remove everything you did to replace it. But if there's a way to rig it to only go out dash vents I'd appreciate any feedback or tips. Thank you.
You took off one component on mine. There's like three more things behind that nice way to jump to the actuator. I guess yours was easier but you left out a bunch of stuff.
Hi , I have same truck and I just want to make sure is this the right part iam going to change, for example, ( iam driving with the ac on an some how start blowing hot air with out me touching any things is this is part you are changing ,please can you tell me thanks 😢😢😢
I have a 2007 Nissan Armada. However when I get to that black box and remove it. the bracket is blocking the actuator. I do not have the room that is shown in your video clip. It is very difficult to access those screws due to that bracket. It seems that it was put there on purpose😡
My 07 titan has something behind the body control module looks to be like an amp or something I can't get the thing out of the way to get to the actuator
I don't know which year model this truck is but mine is an '05 and very different. On this video it shows two (2) metal braces that the black box is mounted to and the box is on the rear side of the braces, towards the cabin. My black box is mounted on one sold piece of metal bracing and is mounted on the firewall side of this brace. Mine is a real PITA to get to, , ,

Props to you for somehow filming this so clearly. Can't even get my hands in there let alone a camera

This is the clearest and easiest to follow video for this job, which I've been dreading to do. THANKS THANKS THANKS
I’ve been turning wrenches for over 30 years and this is the biggest pain in the ass job that I’ve done in a long time.
NEVER AGAIN!!

Outstanding, the step by step with a video that's as if the whole unit was sitting on a shop bench. Thank you
If you have the fosgate audio system this is way harder there is like an Amp or something in the way
Thank you so much for this video, the video makes look easier because of how well you made the video.
Please make a video for the passenger side blend door actuator removal.

This is the best video than the other

Hello. Do you have the part number, or sell the actuator below the one in the video?

Do you have a video on a 2008 Altima driver's side blend door?
5.5 mm is = to 7/32 sae. more people have those in their tool kit.
I always use a little dielectric great on the connector faces to prevent terminal fretting.
You talk about 2 acuators for Titan trucks. Are they both the same?
Is this the same for a 2012? I can't find anything on a 2012 armada
I used a ear camera that hooks up to your phone. It has a cord and a light at the end to see in areas I can't get to. 😂
How long did it take?
I changed the actuator but still can't switch over to defrost any other ideas?
Save yourself a lot of time and just remove the two 10mm screws and not remove the wires from there sockets.
Please do symptoms with these videos

What does the lower one control?
Is this in the same place as a 04 armada?

Mine too what a pain
You guys probably have the rockford fosgate add on audio package
I just got to this step too and that’s in the way. Super annoying

Doesn’t work for a 2007 Nissan Titan LE. Multiple rack in the way.
What was this part for? I have a 13 giving me issues now.
Why in the world would you not mention the part number?
