- Hello ! This workout is a full hour , complete workout. It is also a part 2- the previous workout ( Part 1) where I presented some other moves . You must see it and try it as well!
No equipment needed for these moves, but aqua gloves and angle weights would take it to the next level, so consider adding it every now and then.

@@ondemandaquaworkouts OMG...definitely a challenging workout. It's amazing how you can do the stair climbing moving. My hips kept sinking. I will try the aqua belt next time! I hope to one day to be able to do this workout without a belt...you are amazing!

You can use a noodle under your arms to keep you from floating away- you still use your hands and arms, but not as much as without . I realise it’s about no equipment but sometimes it’s a must.

I do this today 45 minutes but I don't know sweeming so I can't do balance ,vi take dumbbells to balance myself

I use wireless earbuds and iPhone to listen to you while in the pool...any idea how to skip the ads without getting out of the pool to hit “skip ad” on my phone? Love your videos-as a senior, I can complete these workouts in the water in spite of aging hips and knees! 😂🤣😂

The diamond against the wall - I know them as crab legs, but I like the name diamonds better..sounds more lady like 👍
I can't do my sweeming without noodles , I have to hold noodles
Great workout, but sideway holds difficult for arthritic wrists. Very tired towards the end, especially the wrists !😆
And love the first sequence best, stairs and rolling over. Also bunny hops on the wall front and back with ski steps!
