Thank you for the video water fitness has really helped me get to a healthier point in my life. I was wondering if you could recommend a fitness tracker I could use in the water that would help count my steps/fitness while doing water aerobics.
Thanks for commenting. I honestly don't have a recommendations myself as I don't use one - but I reached out to a colleague who I know uses a tracker in the water. She uses both the series * Apple Watch and the Oura Fitness Ring. Both are water-proof. She prefers the Oura.
