The only major dilemma with outright hacking his devices to trigger self destruct is this:
What’s the total average blast force for his devices?
How many city blocks worth of raw destruction?
Also, can you detonate anything without splattering Doofenshmirtz all across town?
Wayne tech just buys the blueprints off him, modifies them to do something useful, practical and removes the self destruct button.
Doof usually survives his inator's explosion, so he should be fine.
It rarely causes any more destruction then a destroyed Inator, and a smokey Doof face.
Phineas n Ferb has always been a fun n interesting series. Which I myself have enjoyed along with countless others. And that last bit of insight into Doofenshmirtz was very compelling and insightful. Great job.

Though it can very easily backfire, acting as a catalist for Doofenshmirtz to surpass his limitations and bring down his enemies in the name of saving his daughter.
Do not fuck with a man daughter, a mothers rage is a bear, loud and in your face at all times and will kick your ass, but a father rage? Thats a smoldering ember and with the right fuel will turn itself into a blazing forest fire that wont stop until either the obejct its trying to protect is back with it or your dead and scorched
This, right here, is perhaps one of the more deceptive and scary ideas fiction could capitalize on.
For everything Doofenshmirtz has pulled off, for all his failures that he can absolutely learn from?
If he outright snaps and everything is out on the table, I can easily see him leveling an entire country coast to coast.
