After YEARS of trial and error. I have come to literally the exact same conclusions as you-You truly have it all figured out. Thank you for summarizing everything so conveniently in one video!
Hello to everyone, I would like to say about my experience with acne for the last 7 years and how I control my acne. First is important to have patience, this is a long way to go step by step. I avoid lactates milk and cheese, sugar in all forms even hiden one from ketchup, refined food fried one with oil, also alcohol (this is an inflamatory agent, very strong one to create acne), nicotine, cofeine, white potato, white rice and I try to boil in water food integrating veggies, fish, veg soups, nuts, sesames ( linen and chia ) integral cereals like quinoa, fiber cereals, fruits with low glicemic index and drinking water (2.5 or 3 litres a day). Also is important to have a routine in all you do, sleeping from 22:00 till 08:00 am, eating at the same time aprox, sport or gym twice a week and skin routine, like serums BHA, cleaning gel, non comedogenic skin care and minimum makeup. In my case for skin care it helped epiduo gel on night, but after 3 months without sugar and milk I saw my face was 100% clean, glowing🎉. Good luck you guys and wish you all to achieve the best results.❤
Excellent Video. I am going for my colon cleanse soon. Because i feel i really need one. Thank you for this. I been struggling with acne for years. teenage to adult 35yrs old.
Ironically, it's the hard cheeses I really can't eat. A little feta or goat cheese once in awhile seems to be fine. Thank you for this. Been fighting acne for 30 years now.
Love the video you go stateforward in a flow just summaries each & every ket point & how someone deny to love the food after watch this no nudity just indicate your passion love from India 🇮🇳
I think dairy being a problem should be a no brainer. The super majority (70%+) of people are lactose intolerant. I think the lack of clarity in these studies (just guessing) comes from the fact that most studies are done with people of white/European descent, who are the least likely to be lactose intolerant.
I don’t think the link between dairy and acne is necessarily lactose. I’m pretty sure it’s the hormones and IGF-1 in dairy. This will thicken the sebum, increase sebum production and could be inflammatory.
I would not agree totally with you due to my own experiences. I was a vegetarian and then went vegan for 4 years and my acne did not change at all. In fact it even got worse. I ate healthy and would try to eat very less processed food. After I started to eat first fish, than meat and other stuff again i realised that these products did not make my acne worse. Of course i had to avoid certain dairy products but over all I felt SO much more better in my skin and i found a good balance. So its not always the „evil dairy“. Everybody has to make their own individual experiences and then has to decide whats best for you and your skin.
Honestly im yet to discover a dairy free milk alternative, ive tried soy, almond, and coconut so far all rank 😂😢 im British and i love my tea 😂 can anyone suggest an alternative?
I just realized some people "fix" acne by rubbing cream instead of fixing health. This is this equivalent of fixing your car by unplugging the warning light LMAO
yessss what’s your skincare routine? & thank you so much for this video! it was simple and it was a video i could actually understand lol, simple words lol
Check out the link to the article in the description to the original blog post. The authors have lists of foods TO eat and WHAT NOT TO eat :) That should be really helpful!
lost me at chocolatey mint.. lol just kidding but I will definitely be trying these recipes. you pointed out something I didnt know which is that hormonal acne shows up mostly chin/cheek area and that's where I'm breaking out :/
@@abderrazakghali9194 There's a lot more food out there that will cause acne then eggs but i usually go for the pasture raised eggs just in case. It's always better to get on an anti-inflammatory diet.
"In conclusion, it is recommended to monitor and supplement serum ARA levels in pregnant women, infants, children and the elderly in poor rural settings as dietary ARA is safe, being a poor substrate for beta-oxidation and is critically essential for the development and optimal performance of the nervous system, especially the brain and cognitive functions, the skeletal muscle and immune systems. Additionally, ARA promotes and regulates type 2 immune responses against intestinal and blood flukes and may well represent an invaluable endoschistsomicide and endotumoricide."
@thandolerato4691 try a natural alternative sweetener like monkfruit instead of sugar. I use lakanto which is a combo of erythritol and monkfruit. It works well in hot drinks and baking too.
@@jameswright2240 hey, so when I made the original comment I was researching how to get rid of acne on my face and back. It's red and inflamed acne not the small bumps kind of acne. I did go on a very restrictive diet just to see if it gets rid of acne. My diet was absolutely no dairy and high-GI foods. Also didn't touch my face, washed my face after working out. That kind of thing you heard a million times. So, during this month I ate: brown rice, Vegetables, beans, chicken legs(cheap cut), fruits whole grain breads and oats. At first it looked like my acne went away but now a month later there is no difference at all in acne. Although I must say my skin were there is not acne looks amazing now. So you can try this kind of diet and see if it helps. For protein take a cheap cut of chicken legs if you're on a budget. Where I live chicken breast is 3 times as expensive per protein as dairy but chicken legs is about as expensive as dairy per protein. I'm now trying medical treatment for my acne. I'm starting with Benzoylperoxide 5%. I started yesterday so it's too early to say if it helps. Medical protocol says it takes 6 weeks to make a noticeable difference. If this doesn't help I seek out a dermatologist. Also I read medical protocol for acne in my country. They claim diet does not have effect. And that the practitioner should take care as many people restrict their eating to reduce acne. I've watched so many videos about acne and read so many articles and I can't tell whether acne is influenced by diet or not. For me I'm pretty sure it's not. So be aware of that. I just hope benzoylperoxide is finally the thing that works for me. It already dried out one of the big spots so I'm hoping.

LOVE feta and goat cheese! There's a local goat milk feta cheese at my grocery store that I'm obsessed with! It's pricey, so it makes me moderate 😜
I’ve read that some people do fine with sheep, goat, etc. but cannot do cow.

I'm with you! The research is definitely lacking and not well designed. It's unfortunate 😔

As a person of European descent who loves cheese and is lactose intolerant I see this as a total loss

Hi Jordan. Do you think getting acne on the neck is about hormonal? xo
It's highly likely! Especially if you notice other symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
This is so helpful thanks 🥰🌸
Glad it was helpful!
Hlw❤️.How much time required to clean your acne?
ive been converting nonfat greek yogurt to whole milk yogurt for the real form and less sugar.
Woohoo! LOOOVE whole milk yogurt - so so good!
What about raw peanut
Raw milk is amazing !!!! Unfortunately not available really in my area :(
Does this diet makes you loose weight?
I thought eggs are bad for acne as well?
Very informative. Thanks for the tip. Could you mention what kind of physician to go to? Internal medicine or what?😊
Love your videos x3
Thank you! 😄
Do you think the raw vitamin E would be ok for someone that has had their gallbladder removed?
Double check with your PCP or gastroenterologist, but I think it should be okay :)
Love these! Please keep making videos..your videos are so informative
Thank you! Will do!
Oh man. I want a recipe or video on how to cook that lunch 💗💗💗

Haha, I've never been a chocolate mint fan myself, but have to say it hit the spot! Yes, isn't that interested about the chin acne?!
Lay off the egg-yolk. It's the number-one source of arachidonic-acid, which is highly inflammatory.
Do eggs cause acne ?

I disagree- eggs cleared my skin when I stopped being vegan, and the choline is good for you
Lovely lady please share your breakfast recipe
Maybe try good LED mask like an Omnilux Clear....
I cant live wothout drinking tea 😣😣
