ISLE ROYALE--Rock Harbor Trail | 3 Mile to Rock Harbor + Suzies's Cave

The Hike from 3 Mile to Rock Harbor is a great hike on Isle Royale. Three Mile Campground to Rock Harbor is the perfect day hike on Isle Royale. Along the Rock Harbor Trail, you get breathtaking views of Lake Superior, great fishing spots, and lots of old mines and Suzie's cave. Lots of moose, fox and beaver activity along this section of the trail as well. But people traffic is picking up compared to the West end of the island. We saw Moose right at the Rock Harbor Campground.
