But why the blender part can’t be done with after effects? I thought that was the cooler part of the video. It would be frustrating to see something on your videos , then if I buy your program find out that it’s done with another software !
I'm not sure what you mean. I didn't do this video to promote my course. I made this video for myself, to practice my blender skills and I'm sharing my work here. This channel is not all about my course. And I'm telling you here that it was done in blender. What is your point here exactly? This can't be done in AE because after effects is not a 3d software, it doesn't have modeling tools, texturing ray tracing etc. There is element 3d plugin but it's nowhere near a true 3d software. BTW. I edited the video in premiere pro and modified music in audition. I don't cover them in my course either. Should I not use them as well?

It is a sheet of material that you can put behind an object, which then you can key out - just like green screen... but it's blue ; )

Start with the donut tutorial from blender guru and then go from there ;) Come up with what you want to create and do it :)
