Siege Physics is a 2D physics-based puzzle game I'm developing with Unity. You are tasked with building siege engines to transport the ragdoll foot soldier across enemy territory. Fed up with his siege engine genius being ignored due to his low status in feudal society, our protagonist has decided to single-handedly take over kingdoms and stuff.
To play, drag objects from an inventory into the scene and connect them together. Press play to watch chaos ensue. Create catapults, trebuchets, vehicles, and much more!

Think it's always good to have a level editor / creator (even if only does some parts) but saves a lot of work.

Nice! The level editor will definitely speed things up like you said. And the shift select for multiple objects makes things much easier and less frustrating for players. Although it seems like it was a lot to do, making use of the prefab systems and restructuring the game looks like it will really help your workflow. Awesome work!

Add in a damage scale so basically add in a new steel beam and make each object have health like steel is the strongest the destructible blocks is the weakest,also add in steel chairs and a new engine that powers wheels to keep going. Add in weapons,like a cannon,civil cannon (better version of cannon),mortar,civil mortar (better and shoots explosives and more (like the civil cannon))a Gatling gun and cross bow.
And add in steel wheels,large steels wheels and large wood wheels. And also add in enemy soldiers their just red versions of the good soldiers
And when a chair is connected to a platform with wheels and a engine when a soldier (including enemy soldiers) are put on the chair they can control the platform like it’s a car also ifs there’s any weapons put on the car the soldier could control it and shoot enemy soldiers (same goes with enemy soldier they will do the same thing I just explained) and add in a thruster basically the engine but IT MAKES THE PLATFORM FLY!
Yes a soldier/enemy soldier could use weapons if attached. Also add in generators (tier 1,tier 2,tier 3 generator) basically it makes the engine/thruster makes it faster and more efficient at its job (keep in mind the generator will only work if it’s attached to the platform that has a engine or thruster attached to it as well (but for the engine there must be wheels also). Also the soldier can control a platform using a thruster.
Add in muskets and swords for the enemy soldiers and soldiers to wield and fight each other.
And also add in a paint tool (allows you to paint objects) it would be cool that’s all!

Add cushions, so if they launch SUPER high, they can land on the cushion and be saved.

yeah nice, currently im working too on my file system to save chunks etc
im also using json :D
but before you switch over to other data formats, look up the charsts for speeds etc
binary is very slow, even worse for small amounts of data
