You'd be shocked what I watched today Darren. A neighbor paid a fortune for their drive creating in the front garden. It took them 3 hours. No whacking, just weed fabric & MOT type 1. No signs up for the pavement which they destroyed by pulling concrete fence posts out & no dropped kerb. They hadn't even leveled it properly.
Exposed steels can look really cool if you paint them up nice. Leaving the main one exposed and box the rest is a really good idea Darren. That industrial look combined with modern looks great but it is not everyone's taste

Darren it should read a day in the life of a professional builder because that’s what you are man the extension house you are working on at the moment they were so called builders and you have to take it down and rebuild all the best keep it coming

Yeah I’ve gone through the Blackwall tunnel a few times when my son in law was in Woolwich barracks.
