    I've found that molybdenum glycinate is super helpful in dealing with "stomach bugs" (viruses, actually). And it helps with nausea and diarrhea caused by medications for some people. And a lot of women have said that it helps them with migraines.

      Molybdenum deficiecy causes migraine, sore prostate, anxiety, depression. It's antagonized by fluoride, thus causing feminization of males, since molybdenum is vital for testosterone synthesis. Molybdenum is vital for tooth enamel so fluoride actually destroys enamel

    I appreciate Dr Berg greatly. He does have a video on every topic I searched for, how does he cover it all ??? And he is clear and simple , so easy to understand.
    About molybdenum : it was given to me by my doctor ( applied kinesiology) because we suspected that my sinus issue is due candida. He said this stuff gets rid of candida very fast. And behold: into my second day of taking it, my head is clearing out and I feel air coming into places I didn't know exists.

      I take it for Candida issues too- I also have MTHFR gene mutations making detoxification slow. So from what I gather it doesn't get rid of the yeast it helps detox the toxins those little beasts make. Turns the acetaldehyde (spelling?) into energy.

    I have a supplement that is 150 mcg.
    You said only a little? What does that mean. It definitely helps. If you don't eat beans, the supplement is very useful. But, beans can cause lots of discomfort if you are already suffering from sulfite toxicity. Plus, beans are high carbohydrates.

    The best practice to employ getting your trace minerals is, first get a single high quality supplement like Dr Berg's trace minerals(there are others out there to, just make sure they are plant sourced). Second use sea salt and Himalayan pink salt, I mix the two salts and keep them in a nice salt grinder and use alot of salt- I was once chronic hypertension sufferer- now I've got the best blood pressure of anyone I know and, as I said, I eat a lot of salt. .. yum. Third I get trace minerals from other supplements like the wheat grass juice powder. Forth I do like and eat organ meats; liver, heart, tongue. ...I belive the more sources you have the more complete and more assimilated trace minerals get! For me feeling great and being happy is so much fun. I do not understand why so many people do not change their bad habits and just get healthy! I'm literally watching friends and family members killing themselves following so called "medical doctors" drug dependent nonsense! How do those doctors sleep at night? ....

    I just found black-eyed beans are very high in Molybdenum. Thought I'd try to reintroduce those into my diet. Molybdenum is also good (alongside Selenium) for proper DNA synthesis, so it would help to reduce DNA coding errors, reducing the risk of multiple different forms of cancers.

    Hi Dr. Berg, thank you for your videos. Quick question, I produce acetaldehyde automatically in my body, and I do not drink alcohol or eat sugar or gluten. I also have hemangiomas from years of taking hormones (40 years) I have had pain under my right rib and a tender liver, but all tests have come out clean. (I have not had a liver scan yet, that is next) Guessing it is scar tissue caused from years of candida and production of acetaldehyde. Can molybdenum help in dissolving the scar tissue and the hemangiomas? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you so much for your informative videos.

    Hey doctor! On monday I started my ketogenic diet togheter w/ IF 16/8. It is honestly going pretty good. However I got an important question i've been thinking about for days. And that is the optimal calorie target I should aim for? Im 75 kg, 20 years old, endomorph built. I am really strong and honestly not so far away from my six pack summer goal. Im currently at 2300 calories, and I am really active. Is this too much or too little amounts of calories? Thank you for all content, it may be a lifechanger to me aswell.

    You're psychic- I just took a tiny Thorne brand molybdenum glycinate capsule after my castor oil/ tea tree oil nasal spray for candida in the paranasal sinuses... Unfortunately it only reaches the maxillaries though.

    • @ritalafleur3079
      @ritalafleur3079 6 років тому

      Rach Kate have you tried incorporating daetomacous food grade earth dirt??

    • @rachkate76
      @rachkate76 6 років тому +1

      Rita LaFleur I've taken it for other things but in what context are you asking?
      You can't put diatomaceous earth in the 5 sets of sinuses in your head- you can't reach them and besides, they have no blood supply either.
      Sinus passages are meant to stay hydrated and free from bacteria and fungus.
      There's no mechanism in your sinus passages to push out scratchy DE in those delicate tissues- sorry but that suggestion makes absolutely no sense.
      It's fine for the gut to push out toxins from there but DE doesn't belong in sinus passages to cement up and block them.
      You can also only reach the maxillaries with a nasal spray or neti pot- you can't reach ethmoids, sphenoids, frontal or sigmoid sinuses which is where polyps, candida, funal balls, etc etc hide protected.
      They then drip down after fluconazole and other essential oils are ingested once they've worn off and reattack.
      Until they're treated at the source with ENT debridement of anti bacterials and antifungals, it's a losing game.

    • @rachkate76
      @rachkate76 6 років тому +1

      des 56 Definitely not an otc- recommended by my naturopath and my doctor approves.
      Castor oil can break up biofilm, and has anti candida properties.
      Some ENT's suggest a nasal spray of basic things like distilled water, salt, bicarb of soda, glycerin/ glycerol.
      Instead of distilled I use alkaline- I also don't need the bicarb then.
      I also don't need the salt because the tea tree does more than the salt alone which isn't antibacterial and antifungal as well.
      Instead of glycerine to rehydrate sinus passages I use castor oil so it does the job of rehydrating and has other properties mentioned earlier that glycerol etc don't have.
      It helps to pull gunk out through the back of the throat then spit it out.
      I'm switching back to oregano oil shortly to rotate them and also because oregano oil can be swallowed unlike tea tree oil.

      Alabanza , humans evolved as omnivores.
      We cannot manufacture our own vitamin C like almost all other animals. The only source of vitamin C is plants.
      Also, we cannot manufacture vitamin B12. The only natural source of vitamin B12 is animal products: fish, meat (includes pork products), poultry, seafood, eggs, and dairy. For vegans, scientists found a way to manufacture B12 from bacteria.
      In addition to B12, there are about 5 other nutrients in animal products that are very low in plants. So, vegans end up being low in those nutrients unless they make special effort to take the right pills.
      I assume from your comment that you are a vegan. I apologize if I have assumed incorrectly.
      Scientists are still discovering nutrients that are in foods. Who knows what nutrients will be discovered in the future? Your body is your body. So, you get to do what you want with it. If a vegan wants to risk damaging his/her body by not being an omnivore, he/she has that right. Some nutritional deficiency symptoms take years or decades to show up.
      I grew up on a family farm. Factory farms are terrible things. However, I know that animals can be raised in a human manner. That is why I spend extra money at a locally-owned health food store to buy animal products from humane Farmers.
      Veganism is a religion. That is why they will tell all kinds of lies to sucker people into adopting their religion. The author of "The China Study" lied about his findings to sucker us into believing that an omnivorous diet was unhealthy and a vegan diet was healthy; he cherry picked the research findings. An easy internet research shows that his "research results" have been debunked.

    • @jaystovall37
      @jaystovall37 6 років тому +1

      @Kimberly Cooper ....For vitamin C, grow a Barbados Cherry bush. The cherry's are super high in vitamin C, and it grows in full sun. For B12, add Nutritional Yeast to your foods. I ate vegan for several years. Took what I learned from that, and moved on. I choose not to eat a lot of things, but I know what works for me. Hope this helps.
