These exercises were very helpful. I have a “hump” in my upper back. It is getting worse as I age. I do many tasks that cause me to slump over / bad posture has taken over. I have watched other videos and done other exercises but this video is by far a much better option. I am very grateful for your help! Thank you

Hi, your channel is so helpful. Thank you for making time to do them, very much appreciated. I have a suggestion/query, I was moving house last year and I lifted pretty much everything on my own due to the circumstances of everything going on but I was left with a click in my neck when I turn to the right. It doesn't cause any pain or anything but when I exercise moving my right arm back it clicks too & does hurt a bit so with the lifting having caused it I'm thinking it's connected. Hoping you might have some suggestions/exercises I can do. Thank you X

@@Gmdluka4312 I'm still dealing with the issues in my neck and I expect to be dealing with them for several years and I do get chiropractor appointments as well which help more, but I have had substantial improvements over the months doing these exercises. It's odd that the algorithm has enhanced to you just posting videos that directly relate to me. LOL
This week has been tough with sharp excruciating pain. In the past I've taken Ibuprofen and just moved along with my day. Over the past year I've utilized these exercises and have been dramatically changing my life for the positive. Although I still have some set backs, these videos always resonate well and help me stay calm, knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Aside from the great advice, your ability to deliver the information and calmly demonstrate the exercises is top notch. It's great to have found someone who is passionate about what they do.

I have hot, searing pain throughout the left side of my body - jaw, neck, shoulder, elbow, lower back and hip. I'm a writer and I think it's caused by sitting at the computer. I'm left handed and it also gets worse when I write manually. It feels almost like the whole left side is out of alignment. I'd so appreciate a video! Thank you, all the way from Scotland.

Is your desk surface too high? Make you're self a little higher and see if it releases your shoulder and in turn calms down the rest of the pains. Maybe your monitor is too low. Raise the monitor so you are not looking down at it all the time. Do you look down at the keys all the time when you type? That can cause issues too.

Thank you. I actually got something from this. I already know most of this stuff, but sometimes I need to go through it with somebody else, so I can stop being a dum dum. I typically do a modality of punching exercises. Over worked the sternocleidomastoids with forward neck extensions & heavy volumes of reading. The Cervical thoracic is being a nuisance & has flared up my elbow like a recipe for disaster, a phenomena I’m not unaccustomed thanks to rush & chaoses. The reading content isn’t sport physiology or physiotherapy related either, so it’s not important to assist on intrapersonal granular as remedy, but it’s some pretty dang important stuff of the most bizarre geoeconomical kind. I gotta nail this stuff & the pain is wrecking my roll costing precious time.
I also like dumbbell walking, 1m handstands (wall), & 10m on a row machine, but varying symptom pending it can inflame. Just a reciprocity, if it takes.?
Thanks again, clearer optics now 👓👍🏻

I have a fairly serious dowager's hump and really need this! After trying a few of these exercises, I felt my back pop and it felt so good 🥰🥰. My only question is I have tears in my rotator cuffs, so is it okay for me to do these exercises? I didn't feel any pain but I just want to make sure I'm not going to aggravate my rotated cuffs.
Secondly will I be very sore after first few times of doing these exercises around the neck and shoulders area?
