I own both the P365 and this gun! It won’t cannibalize the P365. Sometimes you need a smaller side arm like summer months. I carry my P365 in the summer and will start to carry this in the winter. You can tell both of these guys love this gun, but they had to complain about it b/c it beats their beloved Glock

Do you think the P320 XCompact is a better all around gun compared to the P365xl if I don't own any pistols and I'm looking for a gun primarily meant for conceal carry with some fun at the range as well? I don't think I can afford to get a decent new pistol for a while (wife doesn't work and she is pregnant with twins instead of a single child which I wasn't prepared for) so I'm hoping to only use one pistol for everything for the foreseeable future.

I have noticed I like a gun to shoot an inch low at seven yards because it is usually close to right on at 25 yards. I prefer a 25 yard zero over a seven yard because if its dead on at 7 it will shoot 3 or more inches high at 25.

Joshua McNeese Finally someone who understands how sights are zeroed! It’s not my preference. Training overcomes sight hold anyway. My experience is at 7 just hold about an inch high if zeroed at 25 just like you said. Just got done zeroing a dot.
I’m surprised how not many people have knowledge on this subject. It seems the 2 guys in this video don’t either unless they are just stating their preference. All you would have to say is it’s zeroed at 25 though.

I use to own the p320 until it was stolen and I still own a glock md: 23 and there is a major difference in the 2. If I attemp to limp risk the glock I can get failures every time and some of the lady’s who do not hold the glock tight enough will get failures. I could not get the sig to fail to limp wrist even when I was holding with a very weak grip. For personal defense the sig is a winner hands down. What happens if your hands are injured. Not good if you have a glock. Sig will go bang every time . Sig wins in reliability for me. They cut are hours at work and cannot afford a sig now. I am good at clearing a failure with a glock but in the back of my mind I known my gen 3 can fail every once in a while. The sig p320 never failed and I use to shoot both guns a lot. Even with a new recoil spring in the glock there was a chance with a box of 200 Winchester white box to get a failure. Sig eat everything you fed it and always went bang

John Doe I can almost guarantee this gun is zeroed at 25 yrds. The idea is probably because it’s an optic ready gun. Most people zero their dot at 25. Where Sig truly failed is the sights don’t co-witness. Plus the rear sight is removed when the optic is mounted. Why they zeroed the irons at 25 is strange considering they are useless with the optic any way. Benching the gun at 25yrds it would shoot poa, but low at 15ft.

The reason you are shooting low when switching from a GLOCK to something else is the trigger. Remember a stock out of the box GLOCK has a 5.5# striker fired trigger. Shooting low is a classic trigger manipulation and flinching mistake.
I don't shoot low when moving to something else. It makes no difference of what I am shooting that day/night. Some guys brag about being ambidextrous or being able to shoot well weak-hand. Not only can I do that, I can transition smoothly between platforms without issues.

Rear sight is garbage. Similar to the rear garbage sight on the 365xl. And the bad thing is u can't change it. Only get rid of it.

I like hearing Eric's opinion, but with the growing number of women in the market a female veiw is important. Simple answer, three opinions are better than two.

Leupold Delta Point Pro is the only one worth owning anyways.

It’s competition for M&P 2.0 compact 3.6” with a much better easier name

If you're going to review a Sig, at least educate yourself on Sig sights and a "combat" sight picture. I couldn't even finish, this it was so uninformed.

Both of them have no clue how to shoot. If you watch the video carefully you can see they we’re pointing the gun down down just before pulling the trigger

A "accurate" pistol isn't one that shoots low at approx 7-10 yards. At that distance they should be dead on. Also the flat trigger sucks and the P-320 sure ain't no Classic P-Series Sig Sauer by any stretch of the imagination. See P-220, P-226, P-228, P-229, P-239, P-230/P-232, P-210, P-225........
I'm not supprized because I already know these new fangled polymer "Sig" pistols blow! If you want a good polymer Sig Sauer (never "Sig") get a SP-2022. That's the final one in the classic lineup! They shoot circles around the P-250, P-320 and P-365 and are also cheaper! It's a poor mans P-226!

John Doe your comparing a 500 dollar gun to a 1000 dollar gun. Of course the all metal is going to shoot better

I paid $399 for my SP-2022 Sig Pro. My P-220s, P-226s, P-228s and P-229s were in the realm of $750 - $900 when I bought them. I own 19 "Sig Sauer" pistols. Also own a P-238 in .380 ACP for a backup along with a bunch more stuff.

It's all fun and games until I roll in with my Mk25 Navys and P-220s. One of which is a 1995 "KF" West German. They blow this modern junk away every single time.
