I believe 70% of the country leans towards taxing the rich, if they started to talk about real politics, and not emotions (which keep them voting) their party would crumble. I will say, that democrats are just as bad in this specific critique, like Sinema, and Manchin. Corporate legislation is a rot on America, which also hurts the world in general.

I once heard someone say "feminism without racial justice is just white supremacy" and that made me think of the women's suffrage movements where they used to exclud black women... It sucks, but we have to recognize that the first wave of feminism in the West was pretty racist, so we can be better than that now.

Would heavily implore you to watch the Smurfs again, I think you missed some plot points. Smurfette wears a dress, and has long blonde hair. HAIR. The only other smurf with hair is papa smurf, and that mofo can cast magic spells. The characters are ALL simplisticly drawn, and comparable to each other, for the sake of comedy, production and their "smurf language".
The entire joke of the smurfs is that they are all the same, but try to be unique through a single trait, like glasses smurf having glasses. Or buff smurf working out.
Smurfs were created in a laboratory by Gargamel to become rich, and are incapable of natural reproduction, but live insanely long lifespans.

The other characters might have a singular trope as well, but she is the easiest to spot and most well known. Most people who haven't watched anything of The Smurfs could probably name Smurfette. Naming the principle after her gives a ready example when explaining the concept to another person.
Yes, Smurfette was created a certain way according to their backstory and drawn simply by the artists' designs, but it leads to her being the only girl in the lineup and thus easy to refer to.

That, but it also conveys the message that games are meant to be played, regardless of the reward. It's the entire arc of the main character for crying out loud. You could have noticed it at the subway game, where he is being slapped in the face. The moment he wins once, he wishes to slap the well dressed man back, completely absorbed into the game to even remember the monitary reward.
The prize money he wins at the end, he barely touches, and is instead more than keen to bet it all away with the old man in their last conversation. The old man did not even need to offer anything in return, and the reward for winning was a finding back his fiery passion to fight back (keep playing).
Regardless of the outcome, or reward.
...That doesn't sound overtly capitalistic to me, as a theme.

i’ve been in this woman’s shoes. i knew nothing outside of christianity and conservative views because i was sheltered for my whole childhood. you know what happened? i grew tf up and sprouted a few braincells. i know what it’s like to grow up in a bubble of people that do nothing but encourage your biases. it’s disappointing to see grown people with access to a wealth of information continue to be ignorant and spread misinformation.

@@MegaSwimmer88 nothing, but sadly (including me) there's a lot of people who got bad experiences from it by being forced to be religious too (bc family already was, or was tried to be turned into the religion by emotional manipulation) teaching extremely conservative ideology related to the bible and etc, until today religion rules a part of our lives, especially when talking about WOMEN (even when we don't believe in it at all, there's always someone that tells you you're going to hell for being lgbtq+ or that you should worship your male partner cause ur a woman xd) Christianity has nothing wrong by itself is just that there's a bunch of people that use the bible and religion to hate on others and it does way too much harm. If you're not one of those then there's nothing wrong but it is important to call out those behaviors, it is important to questionate everything you see, learn or hear mostly when there's a huge amount of stories where people put christianity on a bad light, it shouldn't be ignored. But for sure it's not wrong to be christian, is about the toxic sides of it that people mostly talk about,
