I'm intrigued by this unit. I have upgraded my sound system with Hertz speakers, amp & underseat sub but the source of my signal coming out of the head unit is very midrange with horrible highs and lows. I am assuming this unit will help if installed between my head unit and the amp, purely as a DSP with input and output levels trimmed right down, letting the Hertz amp do all the amplification. I could then adjust the levels using the parametric EQ, time correction, etc. and have a better signal to the subwoofer. All for $300 !
