My good friend had a beautiful cousin who “ married well “ - her husband bought her a new Super 90 356 and when she came to visit, she loaned him the car for a full day while she was gone with her aunt on a shopping trip to ‘the City’. Well he was only 17 and a certified maniac - but he could drive, honestly he would have been a great Nascar prospect ! We cruised the little convertible all day - well actually, he raced that car shifting only at REDLINE … all day ! Outside of town there was an old highway through “the Valley” full of sweepers - I didn’t think I would live the full day riding with him in that car … but going 90-110 mph didn’t even screech the tires ! Incredible ride - RIP Scott
Wonderful classic car, and very informative back story to go with it. Like this beauty, all old and classic vehicles are only truly a live ,when still on the road being driven. Thanks for showing....
What a wonderful story, great to see you did it properly, I've got 2 of my father's cars, but I learnt to drive in my grandmothers S1 Jaguar E type, she had it from new & regularly drove the wheels off it, Rj in Oz
Usually not a white car person, but for some reason the livery on this car seems perfect. A great car, but the story behind it is even greater and videos like this are always the best. Thanks so much to the Petersen!
