This workout is such a time sufficient workout to get your workout in during the busy work week or when you want to complete a quick total body workout. I didn't think that a 20 minute workout like this was going to bring my heart rate up or make me sweat! Please make more!

OMG! loved it! i have sciatica in one leg, sprained ligament in the other, tendonitis in one wrist and this routine was just perfect!!! i did it with very light weights and still got me sweating!! in love with this routine!!

I scrolled through the workout and thought…ok this looks easy enough to start the day!! Then bam….the sweat started rolling and my heart rate got up into the 160’s to my pleasant surprise! Great workout🙌🏻

Great workout, lose impact. But a lost of squats, (knee and hip injuries).
