In my opinion this is the best version of Seek & Destroy ever played.
I’ve never seen better engagement between a band and the audience. It’s no wonder they are where they are. Legendary riffs that literally everyone try’s playing once they first learn guitar, legendary songs and then their performance’s.

I remember in the 80's (don't remember exact date), Metallica showed up at our local Tower Records in San Jose, Ca. (by Oakridge Mall) to do an impromptu concert. No warning, no advertisement, nothing......I was probably 13 or 14 years old. My buddies and I scrambled to get our BMX bikes and get our asses over to the show. It was AMAZING! Went a bit crazy though, with people tearing down the parking lot light poles and stuff, but still one of my fondest memories as an 80's kid. That's when I fell in love with metal chicks lol. Thank you Metallica!
I absolutely remember this, as a San Jose kid myself. If I remember correctly, 8,000 people showed up. It was nuts. It was in the 90’s. 1996 to be more accurate, before the “Load” tour.
Fun fact, James Hatfield had Sharks season tickets in he row in front of me in the 90’s. Brought Lars one time. Amazingly, no one bothered them, even though he was wearing a #69 “Hetfield” jersey lol.
