  • Introducing Mammoth Lakes newest eatery …Main Street Pizza & Tap !
In this video I break down this latest project that I’ve been working on for the last 10 months . This simple addition to a preexisting restaurant has turned into a nightmare. Planning checks, new codes, old codes, blizzards , record breaking snow causing delays, damage equipment, tropical storms, and water leaks (just to name a few issues). But at the end of the day we’re finally moving forward and roughly 30 days until opening

You should do a q&a. What made you want to go in the restaurant business? More vlogs please.😊

Big congrats to you and yours. It sounds like you’re in the right mindset (and you seem very patient) and have awesome ideas. Can’t wait to see the renovations coming along m, it’s going to be beautiful! Best of luck and outstanding success on both restaurants. Looking forward to see the progress, this is going to be very cool - speaking of cool, your new truck is beautiful as was June Lake.
Enjoyed your snow videos, this was a nice addition to the video library you’re building. Thanks so much for sharing so much with all of us, truly enjoyable every time! 🍁🤩🍁

Best of Luck on your endeavor! Sorry you have to deal with "Government Red Tape". Coming from a Construction Background, lots of questions of why, on the previous owners on the space. Hopefully, you won't be on "Bar Rescue", LOL!!! One thing that I learned watching from Jon Taffer, need to be careful on a 50 tap beer system, too many handles. :)

I love the concept. You don't happen to be hiring? Would love to work a season up there.

Very cool, best of luck with this business endeavor! CA politics and attendant BS definitely makes it difficult to set up a business, and the permitting process is a bunch of crap.
Hang tough man! It will come to fruition!

Good luck, it's not easy running one business, let alone two and the food business is one of the hardest to control. Hope you can get the right employees up there the wrong ones can run your business into the ground real fast. After I sold my business, I went to work for a large corporation, It was a lot easier and overall it paid better.

Good luck!! A suggestion and maybe you have seen this in other pubs. Place a hook next to the plug so patrons can hang their bags, and they won't be all over the floor creating a tripping hazard.

Great suggestion! I carry a table hook in my handbag so I don’t have to set my bag on the floor. It is always great to have a place to hang my bag when I sit down…..

Glad to hear from you. Was concerned. You sure have a good business eye. Nice to see. Hope you put in some security system. The wall between your business and next door, that wall would look good with a mural on it. Or a large map of the area or large photos of the area. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND BUSINESS. Hope the new truck is running well. Stay safe daily sbd and keep up a positive attitude. 😊😊😊

WOW you really know how to put stress on your life. I thought the snow was enough last season. Isn't it crappy how town's drag their feet in the permitting process makes you wonder if they really want small businesses in town. I knew a guy who wanted to open a pizza place out west and he didn't make it because it was delayed so long he thought it would never make it when opened plus he was running out of money. Good luck.

I feel bad for all your nightmare situations on the Pizza place. Yes, good idea to not have a pool table

OK, I live up here, and I was just complaining to a friend how bad the pizza was up here. Where is this restaurant? I want to take a look and maybe run into you. And you said you own another restaurant? Which one. I started watching you this past winter when you were showing the big atmospheric river mess. And if I owned a pizza restaurant I would ban pineapple on pizza. That’s simply barbarian and offends the New Yorker in me.

Look into robot servers. I have a place in Incline Village, and where I live in San Francisco seen them.
