oui, on lui a déjà suggéré de mettre des sous-titres en Français (puisqu'il EST Français) et ça a déjà été fait (on aimerait que ça soit systématique, MAIS faut dire que son très très léger accent français est très sexy : on adoOre !)

Panela/rapdura sugar tastes much better than turbinado and much healthier too.

Well, we are not talking about healthy stuff here but rather pure pleasure. Let's talk about sugar...The turbinado grain are 'loose" while, Panela, and Piloncillo, tend to be tightly packed.. which is not the best choice when exposed to direct heat... it tends to burn faster. Voila! ⚔️
