Shady I want to thank you for letting me film your Lexus LS400..
In todays video, I get to do a walk-around and a review of my friend Shady's 1996 Lexus LS 400. Im not hiding anything and showing everything! This car is a super cool 90's time capsule. This Lexus was saved from a backyard over grown with grass and a tarp covering that beautiful two tone color combo. What I love about this car is how clean and well maintained it is despite being 28 years old. You can call this a barn find without the barn. My daughter Abigail joins us in this video, making her first appearance on the channel, following her big sisters foot steps. This clean Lexus has under 100k on the odometer and is powered by a 4.0 V8 power plant. This was definitely a cool ride and a filming experience. If you have experience and or love for these cars make sure to drop a comment or a brief description of anything to help out the community ! Pros, Cons and any helpful tips and tricks. Thanks in advance! Enjoy the Video!
    John 3:16-17
For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.

I never loved any car more the 03 Grand Marquis LS I owned. Amazing amazing car.
But then, 10 years later, I discovered the 06 Acura RL CMBS. And it is now tied for first. Wild car tech-wise, and it’s VERY well built. And I bought it for $4,800
(And I’m in NJ. If you would like see it)

Awesome video and sweet car love the “Japanese Vic”. I love how everyone got stuff in the trunk. When you review my car you’re going to love my trunk lol.

You never know what you’ll find in the “junk in the trunk” segment. Some of the videos I made the people had to take out something’s that can’t be mentioned or shown…it’s cool 😎 with me, it’s your car and bubble I’m just here to film the story!

I remember the champagne 🥂 commercials for Lexus when they first started, Mercedes went back to the drawing boards Lol 🤣 but I would much rather have this car in the video than a New Mercedes lmao 🤣

That's a really nice car. Fun fact they still make cassette tapes. I love all the storage space. I wish the panther cars had that.

Timing belt & water pump should be done since it's 28 yrs old and has been sitting for yrs.
Hopefully it's currently on it's second belt kit & pump and not still on it's original at 99K.
It's missing only two available options for that year.
The Nakamichi Stereo Upgrade and the air ride suspension upgrade.
As far as color, most likely it's Opal White Pearl if not than it's Diamond White Pearl.

Thanks for the info! The air-ride would’ve been nice but probably extra headaches with leaks and blown bags or busted pump. The sound system is definitely a need!

I had the exact same yr vehicle back in 96 with the Nakamichi. Sound system was great. The head unit you have is a pioneer.
Under your driver's seat if you look carefully in the front there should be a first aid kit. Should still be there if it was a one owner vehicle that you purchased off the original owner. Many owners don't know it's there.
Check and let me know if you find it.

@garyg8036 I will let the owner know, if he doesn’t see this comment…I might even see him tomorrow. Thanks for the helpful info. I love little Nick-Nacks and things of the sort.
