Вставка
- Опубліковано 7 гру 2021
- It takes a boat, some horses and quite a bit of time to get to Wawashkamo on Mackinac Island. But the throwback golf experience you'll find there is more than worth it.

Randy dispatches Tron like he was another stable 9-5 job with health insurance and an employer matched 401k.
Jesus Christ, lmfao
pack it up boys, we have our weekly winner here.
Enjoy your range finder!
401k.....man, I don't think I can run that far
It isn’t truly an episode of Tourist Sauce until you get a B roll clip of Randy wistfully staring off over some natural vista. Glad we got that at the end.
After every single tourist sauce and strapped episode
My Brain: TIME TO SCHEDULE A GOLF TRIP
The stars aligning for the Strapped Boys in the Championship Match - what more can we ask for!
I have never wanted anything more in life, than for Neil Icarito Schuster to win Tourist Sauce.
Hold that thought--wouldn't it be better if Neil was 1up on 17 and Big Randy won it!
@@MrPoepope no, that would actually be horrible. Big R has had his win, Neil needs the monkey off his back.
@@michaelb6801 Fair enough, there is just something so sadistically enjoyable about seeing Icarito's wings catch fire!
Big Randy has come a long way with his putting from "mental misses" to draining 15 footers during this match. A pleasure to witness.
The thing I love most about you guys isn't the golf, the travel, or anything like that. It's the genuine friendship that you all share. Truly is something to be envious of.
Tron starting every mid round interview with “gosh” makes me lol
Absolutely THE best golf content on UA-cam.
With all due respect this is the best Neil’s putting stroke has looked
The transition from Hole 4 to Hole 13?!Okay Scorsese.
“Now you know what the mega bonus is like” love the c suite getting humbled for a minute right in front of icarito
As an Australian with a somewhat preconceived idea of Michigan, watching this series of Tourist Sauce makes me want to visit this beautiful state of America. Well done all of you gents. You have opened my eyes.
Michigan is so very beautiful!! Wait for next week’s episode when they go to the upper peninsula 😍😍
I have told a plenty of people in my life that Upper Michigan is my choice to live anywhere in the world from June to October. So many things to enjoy, great beaches, wineries, inland lakes, big lakes, slower pace of life, and sometimes no cell service!
As a past Michigan resident, now living in Australia I can't recommend this course enough. Played it many times. Bring lots of balls, the heather eats balls.
This course looks beyond sick. Oh and shout out to that transition at 24:50. That was **chefs kiss**
You guys have clearly never had homemade fudge. Nothing better, full stop. Ultra rich to Neil’s point but so indulgent!
I hope next weeks episode begins with DJ introducing the action by saying:
“What we have at hand is the rarest of sporting events, an event that needs no buildup, no superfluous adjectives. In a No Laying Up or Strapped fan sense, I'm sure this match is being viewed with different perspectives, but manifestly, it is an episode of Tourist Sauce."
Soly had an incredible amount of fudge, for a group of gents who, it was made abundantly clear, had very little interest.
Man, watching Big vibe like that is soul food
The fact these boys are going back and forth to the course via horse and carriage is an all time vibe.
Loving the Michigan content and especially from the area I’ve grown up most of my life! Quick history lesson: It’s spelled Mackinac (for the British) and Mackinaw (for the French) when they were both in the Straits of Mackinac. And it’s “PAST-TEE” which is a great stomach filler on cold winter my days
The bob segar at the beginning really sets the vibe
“Fudge watch” happens at my house every morning after my first sip of coffee
That one pop made all the difference
This Michigan series is so...freaking...good.
Amazing how many "guys" Neil is throughout the series. "Map Guy", "read signs at roadstop guy", "not a fudge guy". A man of multiple personalities.
Went to Boyne Highlands and Mackinaw this summer with my family. It is truly amazing when you land on the ferry and it feels like 1923.
Interesting fact...and yeah I'm full of them...there's a connection between Musselburgh Old Links and Wawashkamo, created when my dad (Wawa caretaker / keeper for 14 years) and a few gentlemen from Musselburgh created a sort of "sister club" relationship between the 2 courses. There's actually a tournament that was played between the courses, of which Musselburgh actually has the actual cup in their clubhouse. Follow me for more interesting and worthless facts...! 🤣
Give us more worthless facts, Grow. Why are you only giving us just one? Spill.
I feel like I’m in the twilight zone every episode. Something so satisfying about it, I can’t get enough
the quality of these videos just keep getting better
the difference in start line between randy and TC is something to behold, truly.
Icarito Vs. Big… what else could you ask for?! A full strap boys finale is as wholesome as it gets. Best content on UA-cam let alone golf content.
Crossover episode of Strapped and Tourist Sauce on deck?! That's all I wanted for Christmas!
There were more ads in that than cbs would dare to show 😆
Keep up the great work fellas
Great episode in a remote part of the USA, love going to the island without cars, slows life down to a beautiful pace.
Soly just swearing at various points really added to this video. Sign of a good day out when at least one of your guys is losing his mind.
Please be sure to list the “Icarito Experience” in the pro shop as non-refundable. The Merch Czar will be thankful in advance.
You order gear and it ships....only for the postal service to lose it a stop away from your house??
Randy slays dragons!!!!
Some serious ‘Beach Boys - Summer Days’ album cover vibes coming at the end. I bet Tron would great in the hot pants.
Nice to see randy changing the game by hitting draws with his damn putter
One of the best episodes yet. An absolute bucket list destination for me now. Looks like an oasis in the desert of this covid world.
Wawashkamo is an awesome course!! Great to see Mackinaw Island highlighted.
After Soly's Icarito on 18, I got to thinking and a strapped C-suite edition would be tremendous content
Randy clearly demonstrating that the home field model is never wrong
If Neil hits the F-15 ball with hickories, what would you call that? A Wright Brothers ball?
Depends on how old the hicks are. Maybe not even a name for it if they're old enough lol
Big Randy getting his power from good views, history signs, benches, quirks, and solid competition like he’s gathered all of the infinity stones in order to beat Tron
Can you imagine architects like the Faz sitting around discussing what “questions” they’ll ask of golfers.
Faz: "Can you hit it 280 to carry this bunker?" Me: No
Faz: "better luck next time chump"
Suspect they rename the Nicklaus-Jacklin award the Landes-Schuster Award after that tremendous display of sportsmanship on 7.
God I love y'alls content. This was like a fresh iced tea on a beautiful back porch
Wow! The Big Guy really putted his ass off!
St Rappeo boys final. Gotta love it.
Commenting just for posterity. Always excited to watch the next episode of Tourist Sauce and living in the Chicago suburbs this gives me great ideas for my next golf trip.
Nice round Randy, congrats. It's time to put your big boy pants on and man up.
Man I don't know who to root for next week!
I'd love to see Neil finally victorious, buy it's so hard to root against the big guy.
That Tron and Randy match was really awesome, I've got a feeling Randy's going to vibe his way to victory this season
The edit at 24:50 blew my mind
A true tortoise and hare scenario coming up in the championship match, can’t wait !
Just so good. You guys never do anything less than top class. Thank you
Guys that was again fun. Thank you. Stay metal, Eric. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
These are the good ol' days.
3000 people watching the premier live and only 54 likes...come on guys, gotta do better for the boys.
These are truly some of the best productions I’ve ever seen. What a joy to watch.
You make me wish I had some talents, and more friends, aaaand more friends with talents!! Great stuff as usual.
The end made me feel a lot of things I didn't expect to feel watching NLU shoooooo
Randy and Tron must be the only people who review golf courses by drawing emojis with their ball flight ❤
Tron’s hair is an absolute statement
Ads - that’s new for NLU
BIG with the claw grip rip on 18! Let's GO!
Predicting icarito to fly directly through the sun, winning tourist sauce while breaking par- give the kid the megga bonus !
How come the new episode (ep9) is private? Hoping to watch which strap brother prevails.
Would of loved a Tron/Neil rematch but seeing the Big Guy finally roll the pill was inspiring. A strapped grand finals is invigorating wow
The fact that they can have a putt on the last feel more important than a putt on the PGA tour for millions. Scarier is the fact that they are not the most subscribed golf content channel!
Fuckn way to go ‘big’! Clutch putt!!!! I’m lovin this episode! I was holding my breath over that f’in putt! For fuck’s sake .. don’t make me work that hard.
Randy's game is so nasty right now. Kicking some ass
Another fantastic episode. These are so good guys, thank you.
Bravo! Another excellent video.
One of the best so far
Can't wait for the next epic episode in this new style!
DJ Pie hating on fudge. There’s a dessert joke in there somewhere.
great stuff again, boys
These are so well made, soul food.
A pasty isn't a dessert, it's a meat pie. They became popular with miners who needed an easy filling meal to take with them down in the mine. They can also be used for Czars who find themselves buried in hazards found to the right or long of their target!
Excellent content. I have had a customer on that island for years and never looked up how the island operates. My customer always seems super happy and in a good mood.
These episodes are so damn good!!!
There are truly no more horses in the back at this place as they're all out for show. Can't imagine the initial reaction of TC arriving here.
Pasties. A meat and potato filled hand pie that is considered by some to be in the lickys and chewys family. “The More You Know”
The people’s champ to the finals. Let’s go!
the second i see a dude deliver golf bags on a bike, i clicked that like button quicker than John Daly on a slot machine
strapped boys final!!! wouldnt want it any other way baby!!!!!
Soly on 18, “as a scratch player….” Nothing better than seeing the St Rappio boys duel for the championship.
Strapped boys finale is going to be like watching my children fight. I don't know who I'm gonna root for
STRAPPED BOYS!!!
Big Randy: Potentially TOO classy?
Great match! ODAC boys!
The Championship Match being the Strapped Boys DOES NOT hopefully eliminate a Strapped Michigan episode!
Well done Randy, now for the Strapped boys showdown!
Feel like the circus green is a birds eye view off Trons head in 10 years time.
So disappointed they didn't play the Icarido music for Solly on 18 there!
Not sure what’s a harder to watch/listen… Randy grunting after hitting a ball or Neil reaction to chugging a stubby!
Another fudging great episode!
JUST READ Tom Coyne's Golfers Journal feature on Wawashkamo 2 weeks ago, what perfect timing!!!
Do you know if that article is available online, or is it print only?
@@andygrow6814 its available online for members of TGJ (edition 12)
30:17 absolute swag daddy
Longer grass, less water. This is the model for sustainable golf, and this course has been doing it since the 19th century.
